  I like this site but the "leggings" I ordered to wear as pants are tights - see-through. This was in no way knowable from the product listing. I can still use them somewhat but it's a disappointment.

  I did not receive what I ordered; purchased 1 pair of tan and 1 black. Nevertheless received the tan, 2 black. This is the second time I was not able to buy other than black. Compression needs to fix their inventory system so that they can know when they are out of stock.

  I had high hopes for these socks. However, they are not right for me at all. I should have stuck with the regular size even with my 16 1/8 inch calf. The wide calf ones hit in a the wrong places and constrict too much. Have to try, hope always for perfect. Next time Med Ven regular. Only problem with online ordering, can’t have them fitted by an expert

  We have been using Jobst for several years now. These new pairs (same style we’ve always used) don’t stay up and slide down his leg. We replace them At recommended intervals, and he hasn’t changed sizes. The quality has goes down while the price goes up. It’s very disappointing.

  I ordered some support stockings and after going to the doctor and having issues with the stockings I already had he suggested that I stop wearing them and wear compression wraps. I called the compression store to see if I could cancel order. They were so kind and caring. They couldn’t stop the shipping but sent me a return label right away. I know when I go back to wearing support stockings I will be ordering from here. Thank you.

  I contacted the CompressionStore.com requesting the dimensions re: the Sigvaris Melany donning device. My husband needs to wear compression stockings at the 20-30 pressure. We purchased 2 donning devices from other vendors that were extremely painful for him to use. The 1st, he couldn't easily get the ball of his foot inserted; the 2nd had a design that significantly hurt his heels; both had handles too short for him to reach easily, causing extra pain for his back. The Customer Rep. got back to my inquiry in less than 24 hours; she personally contact the company out of country to request the dimensions and recommended the size (med) that would work for him. No one seems to measure the ball of the foot when recommending a donning device. This Sigvaris Melany has adjustable handles, a large opening for the ball of the foot, and a design that does not hurt the heels. It's sturdily made, sleek, wide enough for his large hands to slide the stockings onto the device and significantly lessens bending over. We are pleased beyond measure! Putting on both his stockings takes less than 3 minutes now and is pain free vs. 20-30 minutes of pure hell with the other 2 devices.

  I never received my order, but my credit card was charged and I received this email requesting a review of my experience. Needless to say, I asked for and received a full refund and was not happy that they charged my card and never even shipped the product to me. That's not the way to keep customers.

  I’ve gotten socks from them before and have always been happy. Tried a diff brand, just wasn’t quite right, but all it took was 1 call and they happily will take them back, and I will go back to my original order. Very easy to return.

  The stockings are lovely. Unfortunately, they fall down around my knees - or even my ankles. I'd been wearing JOBST 15-20 opaque compression hose in medium, and they fit very well. The lower compression ones just have cuffs too big for my legs. I tried safety pins, & may try elastic stitch on sewing machine, but doubt it will serve. I'm 5'9" & weigh about 110 pounds. Muscles are quite atrophied. Working to rehab after 2 hip replacement surgeries this past year. Looking for anything that will be this lower compression & stay up - thigh high. No luck so far with size charts. The Compression Store is a good place to deal with.

  I have always liked the Medi compression socks better than other brands. They are sturdy, and I can get in them pretty easily. I have always purchased the black knee highs, but tried the Mediven sheer and soft knee highs for the first time. I love them! I love the way they feel, and they stay up easily. This is so important when the cost is significant and the importance of a good fit has medical consequences.. I've ordered from them several times before and wouldn't think of using another seller.   The pair was supposed to be equal to Mediven Comfort Knee High 20-30 mmHg we bought 3-4 years ago. The new product has fabric at the top of the sock which became loose almost immediately, and the socks would not stay on the leg.
