    I mistakenly did not add a "free pair" (had received a postcard with the offer) to my Juzo Max order and because of the timing of the order was unable to contact anyone from Compression Store until the following Monday. I asked it there was a way to add the additional pair to my order but was told they were ready to be shipped and that it would be impossible. While I realize it was my fault for hitting the place order button without reviewing it one last time, I guess I felt since for years, I exclusively buy my compression hose from Compression Store.com, there might have been some other option. Totally my fault, but a little hurt that nothing could be done.

    Only one problem arose: without any warning two single shipments of 1 pair of socks, not my size or type, arrived with one of them indicating another payment was due.     When I needed to do an exchange I filled out the form on line but got no response. I tried to call customer support perhaps 20 times over the course of a week. I always got a message telling me they could not connect me at this time and I should try later.. In desparation I started calling random numbers to reach some human being. I got a very helpful lady in another department who said she would try to help.. She made some inquiries aand said someone would call me within an hour. Two hours later no one had called and I called her back to report this. She made more inquiries and told mme someone would call shortly. I got the call and my exchange got taken care of. The name of the helpful woman was Nikkki or Mikki. She deserves great credit. Without her I cannot imagine how I ever would have broken through the barrier around customer support.

    Is this review for the site or the socks? The site is not easy, had to work to find short socks. The socks are very good. Although the 15-20 is hard to get on, they do a great job of keeping the swelling down. They stay up but don’t really dig in. They are comfortable and tough. I have muscular calves, and they work over them fine. Haven’t put a hole in them yet. Throw them in the washer and dryer. They take back their shape but don’t shrink. I tried to reorder them but wanted to try the 8-15, but couldn’t find them in short and Dynaven. So ordered a diff brand , hope I like them.

    It is hard to know what compression is needed. You should be able to exchange socks, shipping free, for a different compression. I wanted to try a stronger compression so I bought a pair. I had a coupon code for $5 off. If I returned the socks, I would be out the $6.95 shipping and the $5. This compression hurts, but I don't have the money to return them and then order a new pair. Very frustrating.

    First, I paid for two day delivery, and the first shipment was two days being confirmed. Then, you sent me the wrong compression stockings. Then I had to send them back and wait for you to receive it before you could ship my order for New, correct compression stockings. Then, you sent it 5 to 8 day delivery and it arrived in Houston 10 days later.. then, it never arrived at my house, and is still missing. Then, you had me fill out an insurance claim for your benefit. Still no compression stockings at my house. Now, you notified me that you’re sending another supposed pair of compression stockings 5 to 8 days delivery. It’s almost a month now and I still haven’t seen what I paid for. Your company is horrible and the way you treat your customers is pathetic. I will never do business with you again

    I ordered the Mediven Angio knee high 20-30mmHg for my diabetic husband. It is a very nice, comfortable sock with cushioning in the foot, but it wasn't "tall" enough to stay up to the correct position near the knee on my very tall husband. These socks were returned today. I needed to call the CompressionStore with a question, and found them extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Compressiostore and find their website easy to use.

    My vascular dr ordered the wrap with undersock to help heal leg ulcers. I continued to use the undersocks after I no longer needed the wrap as I found them very comfortable. They lasted over a year then when one of my big toes finally wore through I ordered just the undersocks for mild compression. I’m pleased with the comfort of the compression level & especially the length, but was disappointed that these do not have the reinforced heel & toe as the others did. So I’m not expecting them to last as long as the prev ones did before the toe wears through.
