  The site is fantastic, I received my order very quickly, customer service was excellent, but I was a little disappointed with the compression the socks provided. My wife ordered previously and I'm not sure what type they were, but they were great. I'm no longer with my wife so I can't ask. If you have different levels of compression I'd sure like to know what they are.

  Why does the compression Store not have access to all of the sock colors that are offered from MediVen? The colors I had to choose from were limited for example I would have liked to purchase the color Sand.

  Order was easy and offered just what my husband needed since he is diabetic and suffers with swelling of his ankles & calves. Little hick-up on the delivery date, received on Monday (via mail) instead of Saturday.

  The site itself was easy to navigate. It is a little confusing that different brands use different measurements to arrive at one's correct size. Received my order in a timely fashion.

  It took a while for them to get here because of shipping these days, but if it was really good, and I appreciated the church to measure my feet and ankles online because that was very helpful.

  The 2 pairs of Mediven socks are excellent for the summer. I had some difficulty tracking the second pair, which were shipped separate from the first quite a bit later. The DHL tracking number came up "Bad Link" or something like that. I had customer service help me track down the shipment.

  Finding the right product on the site was difficult even when using the "search". When I put the wrong size product in my cart, I was unable to remove it. However, when I called Customer Service, they fixed the problem and were very helpful.
