  Very nice stair parts, very good customer service. My only complaint is if you need to exchange something the process is a bit archaic. You have to return the item minus a huge restocking fee then wait several days for the refund, then order the correct piece.

  The parts I bought aren't for stairs. They're being used as legs for a small sewing box. They will look great when the project is done. I'd like to have a shipping option for about $8 00.

  Overall I have been very happy with the spindles I have purchased. I have purchased from here 3-4 times. The only negative is they do not carry a knee wall spindle. At least not in the hollow iron spindles. We had a job where the twist on the single basket was getting into the shoe. No way to mount the shoe. I had to purchase some single basket spindles from another website. Other than this one time, I have been extremely happy with everything I ever bought from here.

  Excellent customer service and product is as described. Only issue was delivery and that is on FedX. FedX damaged a couple posts, but replacements were shipped out immediately and the communication from Cheap Stair Parts to me with tracking info etc… was excellent. If only all companies were this good!

  We are not only very happy with the product, but even more so with the customer service. We had a big order for a renovation and we got it at a great price very quickly. They did a sanity check to ensure the scrolls I ordered were the correct ones, they weren't, and fixed it prior to shipping. Highly recommend.

  Placed an initial order to see if the iron railings would work for my project and went back and ordered again. Excellent quality stair parts, secure & fast shipping and fantastic customer service. I only wish I had more staircases to redo!! While this was a DIY job, I know I was able to save thousands of dollars over hiring a professional company to replace the balusters in my house. Check out all of their helpful instruction sheets. You can do it!

  Received all of the parts in our large order. The parts are high quality and we are very pleased with them.   Cheap Stair Parts is a Great Value and by all accounts what they offer is NOT Cheap; Product Quality is SUPERB in both the Wrought Iron and Retro Fit Stair parts I used to change the entire look of my homes foyer in to a Grand Entryway. Ordering was simple and intuative, delivery to my home required a little extra effort but it wasn't Unexpected or Difficult. Thanks to Cheap Stair Parts my Home Value has likely increased!!!!!

  The materials came as advertised. There was some damage on the straight rail section but as I was cutting it shorter that was not an issue. The end sections which curved back to the wall did not match up as well with the straight section as I would have liked, the cross section was close but not close enough to give a perfect match without doing some sanding.

  Got my iron balusters in a timely manner. Everything was there. One tool was broken during delivery. Probably from the weight of the accompanying solid iron balusters. They sent me a new one no problem.

  After much research and doing my due diligence I found CheapStairParts the most cost effective with shipping etc. Our staircase has been installed and the balusters were PERFECT!! Quality, weight, etc all that we had expected.
