  I’m not gonna lie, I was worried this wasn’t going to be legit, but I can’t recommend this site enough. We ordered 3 newel caps Wednesday afternoon and they got here Friday. They were less than $35 for all 3 which was half the price of ONE at big box stores.

  I nearly made myself crazy comparison shopping online. Finally concluded cheapstairparts.com had the best deal overall. I ordered on a Tuesday and received the shipment on Thursday. One box was short one baluster. I called, and the helpful customer service agent said she'd get the missing part on its way. I received it three days later. Very satisfied with price, products and service.

  Cheapstairparts.com was a great find. The line up and service is fantastic. I had ordered parts for a project in the fall, but needed some additional items.   The install guide for newel posts doesn't link or really reference the mounting fastener, so we were under the impression that the newel post purchased would include mounting fasteners. Please point out that you need to purchase the mounting kits separately!

  I received my red oak treads today and they were exactly what I wanted. They will be beautiful when installed. The cheap stair parts site was easy to find what I was looking for and at a much better price than anywhere else. We are remodeling an older house and when I get ready to do the other set of stairs I will definitely be coming back to cheap stair parts to order what I need.

  I purchased 11 stair treads red oak. These are much higher quality than the ones at the big box stores. They came in four days and were less than half price! I will never buy any stair pots from Lowe’s or Home Depot ever again.

  I hd a bad experience with a rude customer service person from another company which made me look for other options. Luckily I found Cheap Stair Parts and am completely happy and satisfied with my experience. Website is easy to navigate, selection is awesome, prices are very affordable and and delivery was quick. There was a coupon available and shipping was cheaper than the other company I tried so I paid quite a bit less going through Cheap Stair Parts. I actually changed up my design mid remodel and went back to the website to order more parts.

  Pay no attention to the name of the company ... there is nothing cheap about the customer service I received. Kristina walked me through the options, including an artist design tool, where I was able to create the look-and-feel that my wife and I wanted with new balusters. Kristina took my order over the phone and sent a confirming email before she actually placed the order ... with a 20% discount! Great customer service!

  Cheap Stair Parts (cheapstairparts.com) was a great find!!! The website was very well developed; there was a vast array of designs and finish selections available; and valuable resources on the website supporting their products. as well as tips and instructions. The pricing was super competitive and the discount coupon, available at the time, made it a slam-dunk no-brainer. A finish detail inquiry I had made was answered the next day via email. The ordering process was straightforward, and I was able to pay with my PayPal account in the end. The product arrived in good condition way sooner than expected. After inspection of the order, everything was received and in perfect condition. The manufacturing and finish on the Aalto Marquis Balusters and Round Base Collars in Ash Grey was very nice. I'm looking forward to the final installation. I would recommend Cheap Stair Parts to anyone. Other than the price, there was nothing "Cheap" about the experience or the product received. Thanks for the quality experience!
