  They had the best price on the Double Sphere Round Hollow Balusters, that I had never seen before. They required very little labor to replace my wood Balusters.They also informed you of shipping tracking etc. Highly recommended

  Not all of my items were in stock at the beginning of my order but they were very helpful in letting me know what the expected time frame of shipment would be and what my other options were. The items that were in stock were shipped to me immediately while we waited for the backordered items. Everything came exactly when promised in perfect condition. My balcony looks great now. I will not hesitate to use them for all future stair products I need.

  Received great quality parts (stair rail fittings and newels) at great pricing. As a plus shipping from Houston to Birmingham was 3 days with parts shipped the morning after late night order.Nothing cheap about the quality or the service!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Overall, this company is not worth the time. I could have bought the same parts at Home Depot or Lowers, given free delivery and not have a restocking fee. Check every else before you purchase at this company. I am return an unopened box of parts and have to pay for reshipping back to them plus a restocking fee. They parts are also the same price at those other companies. Very upset that I didn't do my research first, loosing about 100 plus dollars over this mistake. LOOK ELSE FIRST. Also, don't worry customer service is not concerned as well.I agree with your reply but again, do you research because even though some of what you offer are common parts you still charge a large restocking fee, and shipping when others do not. You can buy everything offline like I already did but bought the wrong parts. (Long issue was screwed over by a contractor.)

  I apologize that you disagree with the clearly presented return policy you agreed to before you purchased and that your issue with your installer somehow justifies a bad review when we had nothing to do with your issues between you and your installer.For those future potential customers. We beat any online price by 5%.. so it is impossible to find a better deal. You show us a quote, we beat it by 5%. It doesn't get any easier than that.You also won't find House of Forgings brand and quality on the shelf of a big box store, so don't be surprised when you are weeding through the cheapest import products available on the shelf at home depot trying to find some without chips in the paint.All online stair part stores require you to pay return shipping and also charge restocking fees for buyer remorse returns. We are actually the only one that will waive a restocking fee in the event of an exchange.I looked back at the communication we had with you and we were courteous and professional the entire time. The hundreds of other positive reviews from our previous customers would disagree with this review you wrote out of spite.

  Excellent customer service! My order was delivered unharmed and promptly. When I called back to get additional parts, Cheryl and Michelle were very responsive and cared enough to help me make sure I was ordering the right hardware. I own a small contracting/remodeling business. I will use Cheap Stair Parts exclusively from now on for all my stairway parts!

  Great service and delivery. The quality of the stair treads and risers are good for laminated (m ultiply boards. They are not the same quality as the treads you buy at Lowes but then this is Cheap Stair Parts.

  I’m torn between giving 3 or 4 stars. The order was delivered quickly and it was complete. The problem I had is three of the stair treads were damaged. It looks as if they were hit with the fork of a forklift. Luckily the damage is on the back of the stair and can probably be hidden when installed. I don’t know if it was the fault of the shipping company or manufacture. The packing and protection of product could definetly be improved. It was packed with very thin cardboard and plastic wrap. The company should investigate a means of protecting product from careless handling like protection with cheap would or thick plastic.

  Company was very helpful. Parts arrived ahead of time. A quick inventory revealed the order was complete and no parts were not damaged. My clients are very happy and that is priceless. No complaints means my phone doesn't ring at 12 pm. I will not hesitate to order from them again.

  The newel post and ballusters that we ordered were received quickly. They were packaged excellently to protect them during shipment. The newel post was packed in two boxes! Everything was exactly as we expected and were of a high quality. i would definitely recommend ordering from them again

  I ordered several handrail parts and 3 different iron newel and matching spindles on 11/28. All parts were shipped in just a couple of days and arrived on 12/04. Half of the spindles I orderd were the wrong style. One phone call and they shipped the correct item in two days no questions asked. I did not have to return the wrong item first or pay additional for the correct item and wait for a refund. Seems to be a customer friendly company to work with. I would use them again without hesitation. Hope your experience is as good as mine was.

  I've purchased materials for two projects...a total of 120 ballasters and the base shoes and epoxy to go with them. The quality and service are excellent, even (especially) when you need a final piece to finish. The only suggestion I would have is that an allen's wrench or x key should be included with the shoes that have set screws. They were a standard size, but it was inconvenient to have to search for it given I had purchased over 150 shoes.

  I ordered some balusters, bases and stair rail mounts online. I got a call and email from the company asking if I was sure my order was correct before they finished processing it since the color of the bases I ordered was different than the balusters and stair rail mounts. It was not, I had made a mistake on the order. I was very impressed that someone had taken the time to catch this and then taken the time to contact me prior to shipping.

  Great Experience!Had a really great experience with Cheap Stair Parts. All of my retrofit risers and treads were well made and only had 1 small defect out of the 80 or so pieces I ordered, and luckily I was able to cut around that defect anyway. The pieces arrived quickly and without any trouble. I would absolute recommend Cheap Stair Parts for anyone looking to upgrade their stairs at a very affordable price!

  Ordered 20 oak newel posts at a great price, thinking I would probably take delivery a month or so down the road. The posts arrived just TWELVE days later! Alas, four of the 20 posts seemingly disappeared in transit (the shrink wrap and banding were loose.)I notified Cheap Stair Parts immediately, and they had the remaining four posts en route just seven days later! Awesome service CSP! Thank you!

  I have very little faith in people everytime I deal with somebody I seem to be let down cheap stairs was completely different I am I a hundred percent satisfied it seems like they treat their business like I treat mine that's why I'm always so busy thank you

  Very hard to reach by email or phone. Phone lines went down and order has been delayed. Had to fight over free shipping and discount. Person was nice, just hard to reach.

  Could not call a hold of any one on the phone. I called the number and got a collect call service. Balusters have bad finish. I am waiting for Cheap Stair Parts to get back to me.
