  Great company and customer service. Minor issues with the delivery company damaging my order and they had my replacements out the next day. The retro treads with riser were ready to stain and looks great. Just a note on the description page on the website. A drawing on exact depth of the tread would be nice. I didn’t see it until I went to install. Totally my fault.

  The customer service I received from this company was amazing. Something happened with my order and I was missing a few parts and after contacting them, I had my missing parts in just a few days. No fault of their own but it was quickly rectified and made me a very happy customer.My stair parts are exactly what I ordered and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely will order from them again.

  Balusters were good quality and shipped and wrapped with good protection. However most of the “shoes” had set screw fittings that were stripped at the factory. They had to be glued in place.

  Very pleased with our purchase! Great prices, fast and free shipping and everything came in near perfect condition- great quality. There was a small bit of scuffing on the ends of some of the railing, but those ends will be trimmed off when we put it all together!

  I purchased the single & double ribbon balusters & the ribbon newel post. The quality of the product is outstanding! It puts the designs and quality of the balusters at the big box stores to shame! My only drawback was my contractor estimated more balusters than I needed, so I may be returning them at the expense of postage and a 25% restocking fee (I knew that going into the purchase though).

  Order received was missing all 4 of one item. And missing one of another item. Also one box inside the big box was badly stained which leaked through and stained a wood part.Very poor warehouse. Give them 3 stars because customer service did replace everything. But only after a little arguing with them. First they sent me a picture showing all items were shipped. There was no damage to the main box so I doubt things were lost in the mail.

  Hello. This shipment was clearly mishandled by the carrier which is why boxes were opened/sloppily taped back up and parts were missing. This was not a warehouse problem. That handrail was removed from the tube and got wet + ran over from the tire marks on it. I apologize you had an issue but we can not control if a carrier mishandles the box and it gets wet. We did reship everything for you at no cost and fix the situation.

If something happened in transit and we were not notified we would have no idea you are having a delivery issue.I just looked at your tracking.   Update: There was some initial confusion from the company when returning. After sorting out the problem, company returned full price. Good customer service and quality control. Mistakes happen, and they worked fast to fix it. Thanks.Purchased 2 varieties of baluster shoes. The first set fit great and look beautiful. The second variety did not fit - it would not slide over the baluster. Company charged both a 25% restock fee and the cost of shipping to return a defective item. The shoes are beautiful and well built, but company responsibility for error would be nice as well.

  Hey Aaron, I believe we have a communication issue here. There is no restocking fee for you. We don't charge that when the error could have been on our side.Were still not sure where the error is. We tested our 3/4" balusters with the 3/4" shoes you bought from us and they all fit fine. Most likely the issue is with whatever bar you are trying to put the shoes on that you did not buy from us.I do advise everyone to buy their balusters and shoes from the same supplier as mixing suppliers is not always going to work.

  Experience was OK, but when I notified the company I was missing one item, they sent me a picture of box with the number of items written on the box. I told them I couunted items twice and it was still one item short. It was the least expensive I purchased and I don't feel like should had to have gone back snd forth with the company for an item that was less than $2 for an order over $700.

My husband was also delightfully distracted when I mentioned a new project (he secretly despises my diy-ing, but loves me so all is well).Our new balusters arrived two short days after returning home and in perfect condition. They aren’t installed yet, but will be as soon as we find our new groove. Plus the husband likes them!! Great buy! 5 stars!

  I previously left a bad review due to the wrong product being sent to me. Cheap Stair Parts was professional enough to reach out to me to see how they could rectify the situation. Turns out the wrong product being sent was my doing, not theirs. They took back the items, and sent me the correct items at a discount. I highly recommend calling and speaking to one of their representatives when ordering. They are very knowledgeable on all of their products. My issue arose because I tried to figure out what shoe went with the baluster I ordered. Don't guess give them a call! They are super helpful!

  The wrought-iron balluster I ordered from Cheap Stair Parts were exactly what I was looking for. They arrived on time and perfectly packaged to avoid any scratching or other damage. They compliment the oak post and rail I installed in such a timelessly beautiful Old World look. Exactly the look I had in my mind. Thank you for helping make my vision an affordable reality.
