  Packaging for the stair treads was much larger than 4 treads, so box was torn apart. However all 3 products (4x treads, 12x spindles and newel post) were undamaged but for a small splinter on the post which can be hidden if facing the riser when installed. Crazy shipping costs but offset by the quality of the product. I have been looking for the spindles for over a year but could only find a more bulbous version which did not match the other spindles in my house. Took a chance and very pleased with my decision. I would use Cheap Stair Parts for future needs.

  We quoted 3-5 days shipping on the site. The order was placed 2pm on 1-16, shipped next day and delivered 1-22. That is only 4 business days and less than a week counting weekends.I don't see how us shipping and delivering your product before it was quoted to arrive makes us at fault for any delays.Don't understand the weird 3 star review.

  We decided to use retro fit treads to convert our carpeted stairs to hard wood. Cheap stair parts had the most competitive pricing and the customer service was fantastic. One tread came damaged, and no questions asked, they shipped the replacement the same day I contacted them. Our stairs look great and the quality is incredible for the price!

  The quality of the parts received were excellent. The price was half of what I would have had to pay in Canada. Our staircase has been transformed. Customer service was outstanding with a reply within 24 hours each time. They even held my order until I wanted it shipped on a specific date where I would be traveling to the US to pick up the order. Highly recommended

  Fantastic service. Our stairs and railing are massive (need 330 balusters)Some of our parts were back ordered but they shipped them in Batches as they got them. Which was gray because I could continually work on the project over weekends. Excellent communication and customer service both by phone and email.

  Since this is the 5th request for a review otherwise I'd abstain from a negative review. We received the wrong balusters. We reached out to Cheap Stair Parts twice and never got a reply. We couldn't use the balusters because the client wouldn't accept them. Basically it was a waste of time and money.

  Greetings,I see you only ordered once with us in April, and it was for a 16 foot piece of handrail which was delivered and signed for. You never ordered balusters from us.There is no phone call record of you ever calling us or any email about an issue. Do you have us confused with another company?I don't know why you received 5 review requests, but I apologize and I will look into that.
