Our Terms of Sale & Shipping / Returns as well as the order confirmation all state that orders shipping heavy freight will require a valid phone number for the carrier to call and arrange delivery. We also strongly advise against anyone scheduling workers or tearing down structure until you receive all of your material.

  Very happy with our order and the quality of our 7 - Red Oak post noels, and solid bolsters in oil brushed copper that also were on clearance and came in looking amazing! I ordered for two large staircase's and the cost came in under $2000.00 which I was quoted by their competition over that for just the 7 Noels.

  I’m so glad that my husband and I found this website. We ordered a beautiful white oak, 18 ft. Railing. It shipped quicker then expected and was packed well for being handled by LTL carriers. I would order from this company again in the future.Next time it will be stair treads.

  The wrought iron balusters were even better than pictured! Shipping was fast and packaged well. I did have one issue that the count of items wasn't right, but when I called them, they were great and quickly got me what I needed (of course no additional cost). I had 75 balusters to upgrade on our staircase and hallway. I had this easily done in the weekend. I do own a metal cutting band saw, so that helps...

  I ordered the 9/16 Tuscan balusters but they didn’t even measure 1/2. I also ordered the knuckle for 9/16 but since the balusters were off it left a huge gap and sat crooked. Overall it still work so maybe a 2.5

  Hello Ryan,The tuscan hammered balusters are all created by hand and thus are not going to be exactly machine perfect. Because of the variance that can result from being hammered by hand the shoes for it have a slightly larger hole to accommodate for this variance. We recommend using epoxy to hold the shoe down and evenly space it around the baluster to avoid gaps.Please reach out to us directly and I can send you some free epoxy.

  The stair posts are beautiful and the delivery came on time. 1 star knocked off due to poor packaging and several posts came dented on the corners and the edges. Another star knocked off when I reached out to customer service (2 weeks after delivered) and they asked me to send pictures only to tell me there was a 2 day window to reach out to them. In all fairness, I didn’t properly take pictures of damaged boxes and didn’t reach out to them within the 2 day window. Customer service could’ve been more professional in their approach, but you come here for cheap parts, not excellent customer service.

  We ordered 86 balusters and accompanying base shoes along with the epoxy gun and epoxy tubes. We chose the plain square baluster and the single rectangle baluster in ash grey. We received an order acknowledgement immediately. The next day I received an email saying the square rectangle was on backorder and shipment would be delayed by two weeks and offered me the opportunity to change styles if I did not want to wait. I stayed with my original choice and on the promised date I received a phone call to say my order would arrive the next day. The full order arrived as promised and was well packed and the quantities were exactly as ordered. The quality of the product is excellent. The fabrication is very precise and consistent and the finish is what you would expect from from a high quality powder coating process. Totally satisfied with my purchase and they look great installed. One tip I would give to any potential purchaser would be to invest in the epoxy gun - expensive but worth the money.

  I spent a lot of time trying to find, Balusters that were similar to the ones in or 1904 school building. Your Balusters by far were the closest to the original. They were delivered to our school right on time and the products were just a described. Thanks for the help.

  We wanted to update our house and add cast-iron accents. The banisters were exactly what we wanted: heavy, solid and uniform with a hand made feel and look. They arrived in a timely manor and packaged well. In the middle of the project I realized I had made a mistake in counting and needed to order extra pieces. I was able to pull my invoice and get part numbers and place and 2nd order which arrived just like the first, in a timely manor and were an exact match to what I had ordered earlier. I will use them again on my next project.

  Although the consular ant was nice and the parts arrived quickly, I had a few errors in my order. I received 2 sets of shoes and not enough ballusters and a complete a absence of the angled shoes. The consultant failed to provide complete info on what parts were necessary for my project, which delayed my project immensely and caused me even more money to buy the missing parts locally.

  Hello. Per the conversation I'm reading in my email we answered all your initial questions based on the screenshot photo examples. We were not provided exact measurements or asked to provide an exact parts list and thus gave you recommendations based off the photos sent.. We shipped the parts you ordered as ordered. You ordered no angled shoes. You mistakenly ordered double flat shoes.We could have exchanged the additional flat shoes you didn't mean to order for some angled shoes. This wouldn't have cost more than a low shipping fee, not an immense fee.Let me know if you want to return anything.

  I feel most of the issues were with the shipper. One stair tread was chipped.We were missing two of the five hand rails we ordered. The 16' hand railing shipping tube was split open. The pallet with the 18 stair treads could have been plastic wrapped to secure them better. Now the good, The missing hand rails were re-shipped, just received them today.   Service was great whether I ordered online or speaking to a representative on the phone. The products were delivered quickly but I might add the company is local. The idea that they provide free shipping to customers that are in their local area made me feel good to be supporting a local business and a MVP.
