  This order was placed on the 9th, shipped the 10th and delivered the 15th, which is well within the 3-7 business day quoted lead time. As for receiving the wrong information we only received a voicemail this Saturday which will be addressed this morning. Occasionally we do make mistakes and we have the best record online of any stair company of fixing those mistakes. We will reach out directly to you to see what may be wrong with the order and get it corrected immediately.

  Installed easy. From start to finish it only took a couple of hours to install 78 balusters.Neighbors also thought it was very much an improvement over the builders grade wood balusters, even deciding to make the switch themselves.Glad we made the change.

  Product was delivered on schedule. Delivery driver was helpful and courteous.Balusters were attractive and of food quality. One minor issue was with set screws as some of them had paint in the threads and were not easily adjusted.Overall I am extremely happy with the product.

  The product looks amazing! I did have to modify the balusters so that I could add a screw to the base to make it structurally sound. I didn’t trust the instructional video that said to only use epoxy to attach the baluster. Other than the small modification, the product looks great and updated my stairs perfectly.

The website was laid out professionally easy to navigate.I called customer service with questions about the color match from two different products, they suggested sending me samples (that I paid for) first.I was hesitant about doing this because the sale was over within two business days. My customer service rep said please don't worry about that, I’ll put a notation on your work order to honor the discount when you're ready to order the rest of your materials.The wrapping and packaging of my order was professionally done.   Good morning,We are in Houston, Tx and we were impacted by the natural disaster / winter freeze. We emailed out every customer about the delays twice during this event. Many locations in Texas even after the freeze was over still had major delays due to too many packages having to go. You should have received that information. Your order did ship. You were emailed tracking as well.I see no customer support request from you via phone or email. I wish you would have contacted us first about this issue instead of writing a 1 star review about something we had no control over and we did notify you about.   Hello. The products purchased were our lowest priced hollow balusters on the market. While the box was only 6 pounds, it was also 47 x 10 x 10 inches which is quite bulky. A $19 shipping fee is actually pretty good for a large box. Our average order size is a full staircase remodel and over $850 which qualifies most users for free shipping.Future customers please reach out to us with concerns like this and let us give you a full quote and have a discussion about your project :)

  After checking with our local stores and Amazon on prices for our stair remodel I happened upon Cheap Stair Parts, and I’m glad I did. We saved $1200 in material costs and tax alone, and the whole order was shipped for free and given a 15% discount (although we did opt for the $75 lift gate service). We may never remodel another home again, but if we do this is the only place we’re buying materials and we will certainly recommend CSP to anyone we know who will undertake a stair remodel. One of our 4’ railing sections arrived slightly damaged, they promptly shipped a replacement with no need to return the damaged one. THANK YOU CSP!!!!

  Hello. We did ship your order on time. It was picked up from us on the 12th. I checked the tracking and it does not appear to have moved. As you know Texas was completely shut down for a week due to the severe winter storms. Shipping companies were even more backed up. Your order most likely is stuck due to this.This is completely out of our control. I wish you would have reached out to us directly about the tracking to find out what could have been the issue before writing this review.I will research this with the carrier today and see if we can get this moving and I will also reach out to you directly about the issue.

  Cheap Stair Parts have great prices and the time to get my items was quick. Only downfall is getting in contact with someone. I called to add a couple small items to the order that I forgot and they were great about adding them and shipping as if they were placed with the larger free shipping order. Great customer service.   The parts I ordered are of good quality and were well packaged. They took longer to arrive than originally expected due to a severe weather event in Texas. Perhaps a more robust disaster recovery plan is in order. Stuff happens and if you don't want your customers to have to wait, you need to have a Plan B. Good luck with that. ;-)

  Making a baby gate and wanted to match the stair and guardrail spindles. Home was 30 years old. figured it might be hard to find a match and the desired finish. Cheap Stair Parts had the spindles and in both a solid and hollow option in multiple finishes. Went with the hollow ones to lighten the gate. They are a perfect match. Shipped fast and were well packaged.

  For the most part, the product is great and a great price. One thing though is that the shoes tilt when tightened. Should probably have a screw on both sides to eliminate the issue. But overall a very nice product. Have not finished putting in all 155 balusters (our house is very open with loft spaces) yet but so far so good!

  I was short a couple of parts from a local stairway distributor My previous experience with this local distributor was When I ordered a part it took for ever to get. So I went to cheap stair parts and ordered the parts that I was missing and had them within days. I was able to finish my stairway project instead of waiting weeks from local distributor.

  Completely satisfied. I first had an issue of some items being backordered and I called their customer service line and spoke to a Christina. I was pleasantly surprised to talk to a knowledgeable, efficient and friendly human. She was great! I wondered about the actual quality of the components because the prices seemed unrealistically cheap. However they were of excellent & consistent quality.   I ordered Newel posts for my stairs. The price for what I purchased was well below other sites. There is always the fear that the product won't look as good as the picture. This was not an issue. I am so pleased with what I recieved. I am really anxious to install these.
