  The delivery was delivered by about a week but the delivery driver had the best voice and serenaded me with song so all was good. Handstained the railing with red oak stain. Gorgeous!

  I was a little concerned at first because sometimes you just don’t know the quality of the material or how reputable a wholesale type company is. But I was very impressed by 1. The speed and accuracy of my order which was a staircase worth materials and 2. The quality and look of the rubbed oil bronze finish on the balusters. It was all way better than anything I could get locally. Read the reviews and went for it... I give them 5 stars all the way.

  I ordered parts that were listed as in stock and was disappointed when I was told they would be on back order for many weeks. I was offered other products in place of what I actually ordered and when I told the company I would wait for them they shipped all the items within just a few days . The delivery was severely damaged by the shipper and was a headache to say the least . Not only the damage but also missing hardware . Still waiting for replacement of damaged and missing items . Quality of products was good .

  Hello Tami, yes we originally were showing a backorder on the wood newel and the current shipping container issues are still wonky to say the least but that container came in much earlier than expected so we were able to ship the order much faster. Yes the carrier did damage the pallet and lose the hardware packets which is something beyond our control but we did reship everything to you for free. We deserve more than two stars.

  Ordering process online, customer service on phone and delivery were all great. I ordered 150 balusters (manufactured by house of iron forging), received all in good condition but the color is not as listed (Satin Clear)! the color is more like silverish grey and nothing like the Satin Clear; I did confirm the color is Satin Clear with the customer service before placing the order. However, overall I am satisfied.

  I am very happy with the quality of the product line and CSP's customer service.I've been ordering from them for several years and have always been impressed with the speed of shipping and their prices. Compared to the big box stores that have products of similar appearance, the products are of a much higher quality, are more heavily constructed and better finished.   Cheapstair Parts is wonderful to work with. They communicate and follow up immediately. I ordered 3 iron balusters 2 in clear satin and 1 in black as samples but they emailed me asking if I realized I ordered two colors.   I am local, so I wanted to pick up instead of paying for delivery. The website did not give me an option to pick up at the warehouse. However, I called and the staff were very helpful. They entered my order and were able to remove the delivery charge. I picked up the balusters the next morning, and everything was perfect. The solid iron ones are nice and heavy, and complement my staircase nicely. They were easy to install, with the most difficult part being the measurements and making sure everything was evenly spaced and the top and bottom holes were plumb.

  Shipping has been a nightmare to deal with. Still have not received my order. They haven’t answered there phone.After my sub contractor did not sign for the package we set delivery for the proceeding day with instruction to have driver call when on way, where I waited around the job site.No call. No show.Called delivery center twice today. No one is picking up.

  Customer has only reached out to us once and that was to get another copy of the tracking. We have not yet been contacted again about the issue. We just called and spoke with the carrier who have in their notes the following. "We attempted delivery yesterday and was told the customer was inside the building but never came out to sign for the package and the other contractors on site refused to sign for the shipment." So this issue is on the customer.

  Very pleased with Cheap Stair Parts. Don't let the name fool you. The wood balusters that I ordered were of top quality. They were made at a mill, and then shipped to me. They arrived quickly. There was a small issue with my order, however the team worked diligently to resolve the issue. I will definitely call Cheap Stair Parts first for my next stair job!

  Product arrived earlier than promised. The wood quality is excellent though the longer 12' piece we ordered was a bit crooked, but straightened out when we attached to the brackets. Their packaging kept the product safe from scratching.

When you asked if you could swap for something else she wasn't aware that the backordered container was going to be late and was just sticking to policy. We did send an email with updated information and called you twice this same day that we will send you a prepaid return label and no restocking fee if you want to exchange but have not received a response.

  Spindles showed up quickly, and no issues. They look exactly like ones ordered last year so we are able to use up leftovers from a previous project. They have a nice handcrafted hammered finish rather than looking machined like many others that we have seen.

  The only issue I had was paying $150 for a delivery that arrived late. It was supposed to be delivered within 3-6 business days. Two weeks and a phone call later, the parts were finally delivered but it was outside of the scheduled delivery hours, luckily I was home to sign for it. The staff at Cheap Stair Parts were very friendly and helpful when I called them trying to track the order. I would definitely order from them again.

  Our ordered was shipped in a very timely manner, honestly I was surprised how quickly they shipped everything. The issue with our order was that of the freight company who lost part of the order. The customer service experience we received from Cheap Stair Parts was above and beyond what I was expecting. They worked with the freight company to track down the missing items and what items that could not be found were quickly reshipped. It did take a bit longer to get the entire order before we could proceed with our project; however, I did not mind because of the service that I received. The team at Cheap Stair Parts were responsive, courteous, and very professional.

  Our website connects directly to the carriers and pulls prices based on the size & weight of the product + your zip code. These parts are long and you are in New Jersey which is quite a bit of ways from Texas. Even taking this into consideration we are still the most affordable shop online.

  Products are well manufactured, packaging is top notch. Pricing is very reasonable for hollow balusters. Only downside is two of the balusters were mushroomed enough that I could not get the collar over it. Good thing I ordered a couple of extras.
