  First of all I had a big order that I placed I verified it with the lady and I ordered it online wow needless to say she was wrong but the big problem is the handrails $300 with handrails I only had options for three different ones I should’ve never ordered them but I did they’re terrible now that I go back on there’s another section that they have more why they didn’t have them all together I just don’t know so when I started for help everyone wanted to think that I wanted balusters they don’t listenIt wasn’t balusters it was handrails and then they got mad and told me that they were all listed together which they’re not then she said since I didn’t have anything else to do on company time she investigated me online found some complaints about me through my business which of course were bull crap whatever it is what it is it’s very easy to leave comments and reviews online and you can say anything you want but for her to go and check me out and then say well we don’t want to go business with you what the problem is I don’t want to do business with them they don’t have a clue what they’re talking about 25% restocking charge and then youHave to pay to ship them don’t even wanna know how much that would be I would rather cut them up and burn them on my fire pit but to have the balls to look up your personal life that’s just wrong so I would never deal with this company if you have to go through Home Depot and at least you’ll have recourse I’ve never left a review before but I couldn’t wait to do it for the first time do not waste your money with these people they do not know what’s going on and if they send something wrong good luck do you haveTo pay the restocking 25% fee and ship them back fee hideous not worth any more of my time

  This customer added these products to their cart and checked out all on their own with zero communication with us prior. A short time later we get an extremely rude email from him claiming we made him buy a style of handrail he had no idea what it looked like. We asked if he remembers who he talked to (we can't find his calls in our records) he refused to answer and instead sent literally 10 emails back to back within minutes of each other full of obscenity, threats, attempt to blackmail and promise to slander. Since trustpilot doesn't care what people say on reviews I will copy and paste some of this customers communication with us. "I will scream bloody murder and social media don’t think it will affect you try me" - "you are a freaking idiot" - "you freaking ass goddamn loser" - "put that in your pipe and smoke" - "I can’t believe how stupid you are you" - "lady why don’t you just get lost" - "everything’s gonna be right what I say so you better watch what you say" - running out of room to paste, it keeps going. We cut all communication with this customer and our legal team is in full action. *He says in this review that this is his first review to write online about a company but his profile shows he is also messing with another store where he updates his review every month* This is what were dealing with.

  Stairs delivered by freight truck in perfect condition. Well packed on pallet and each stair/riser was plastic wrapped and foam for added protection. Delivered within a week.

  The product was easy to order and company communication was excellent as was the delivery process. The burnished bronze spindles are beautiful as are the oak railings and posts. The only issue my contractor noted was there were small circles on the wood that looked to be made from the C&C process perhaps. They were sanded a bit and then stained so in the end the posts still look great. Overall the product is wonderful, and I highly recommend Cheap Stair Parts.

  I purchased these items because when I search roof brackets they came up in the search is the second item, right next to another bracket that look similar. I did not see the specifications anywhere when I clicked on the item. And my fault I assumed if they were to be use for a roof. The brackets could fit in your hand. Much smaller than I expected. I explain this to your associate and ask for a return. I’m going to be charge $43 to return these items that’s going to take someone five minutes to put back on the shelf. The same exact item is sold at Lowe’s for a lesser price. With no restocking fee.Very Sad

  Our website name mentions Stair Parts. The entire site shows nothing but products and photos of and for stairs. The product you landed on is literally labled as ""Adjustable Wood Post Handrail Support" and the description talks about nothing else than how to use it on a stair + it gives all the measurements on how large it is on the listing.We also list our return policy with the 25% restocking fee for all to see and every customer must agree to this during checkout.If you were unclear with the product or the policy you should have called to discuss before you ordered online.I apologize that you made a mistake, that you are upset with yourself, but don't take it out on a couple of strangers that did nothing but ship what you ordered and followed the return policy you agreed with.

  Hello Lisa. Since you have not once ever called or email us about this order we are unable to validate the claims or offer any solutions. We did however review our shipping photo and it appears we sent you the correct part in the correct size. We will reach out directly to help get this resolved. We will issue a free return label and give a full refund when received back. If the order arrives back and we were in error I will update this review. --- Customer responded. They were trying to match existing balusters from another brand. Claimed they threw them away so they can't send it back. We pulled all our existing material off the shelf and verified they all match the specs listed online. We are confident our company made no error in this order and the customer is simply frustrated they can't find a match to a wooden baluster their animal chewed up.

  So I ordered parts. Came in with everything I ordered. I then realized that I did not order enough of the products I needed. I sent in another order and ordered the wrong color for one of the parts. They caught this in the order and sent email pointing out that I made a mistake and was I sure I wanted these parts. I corrected the order and set it back to them. Saved me from getting the wrong product and having to return it. I also installed what the first order sent and could not be happier with the quality and easy install. Thank You

  Cheap Stair Parts is without doubt the best company to deal with when buying stair parts. From the website design you get an easily navigated view of each part and what they look like in the available colors. No trolling around the site back and forth trying to imagine the color choice you like in the style you want, the pictures are at each piece in the color available.Their customer service is easily accessible to ask questions and knowledgeable about their products. They follow up promptly when you email and when you call to speak with customer service you’ll have to agree, they make it easy to like their company. If your shopping parts and they have them don’t waste any more time shopping around, their pricing is competitive and the quality of the iron I received was better than I could have imagined. The pictures are not special photo pieces, what I received are just as you see them on the site. Cleanly wrapped, properly strapped to a pallet to avoid movement and the order was filled the same day and shipped the next. From order to received, Texas to New Jersey a total of 6 days. Pretty impressive during these covid shipping issues.Steve

  The cheap stair parts representatives (Sheryl and Christina), were very courteous and knowledgeable in assisting us over several emails and conversation with the layout and items we would need to complete our job. Shipping was quick but due to delivery staff not being available we did have to wait about 5 days longer to receive from our local Fed Ex which was not the fault of cheap stair parts. The solid red oak newels and handrails are well constructed and beautiful!

You can actually talk to someone who will provide custom product selection assistance. How great is that :)?Things to note, there is restocking fee on returns and shipping can be expensive due to heavy materials being shipped. Take your time to decide exactly what you need. If possible, get few extras on each product, just in case.

  Product of a good quality. Delivery time wise was as expected, however a few items came damaged due to inadequate packaging. I was pleased how customer service acted in this situation. I just explained what happened and send photos of the damaged products, and they send a replacement promptly. Be prepared to budget some extra time when you plan your project to accommodate this kind of situation.

  We've been looking at new balusters to replace the builders grade, golden oak wooden ones we have from the 90s. We've been on many websites searching for something that fit into our ideas. We'd found some through the manufacturer, but they were very expensive. When we found the same product on Cheap Stair Parts, we were skeptical at the price difference, but thought we'd give it a shot. We weren't disappointed. The product came just as expected and was shipped in full.We also ordered base shoes with set screws to hide where they connected to the handrails. We ordered a total of 130 and of those, 6 were missing the set screws. I contacted Cheap Stair Parts and after a quick request for a picture of the missing screws, within less than a week I had the replacements needed to finish our project. Mistakes can be made by anyone - the real test comes to how mistakes are addressed. We are VERY happy with how it all was handled from the original order to the replacement parts. Highly recommend.

  We received a return request about a week after delivery with no reason given as to why it needs to be returned. We approved and sent return instructions. 3 days later we get this review. I reached out to the customer for photos showing the incorrect parts (and willing to send pre-paid label) or a return tracking number and we are a week out now with no response. I can't confirm the potential error or service the customer further until we get a response or get the return back.

  The stairs are done and they’re beautiful. The parts came exactly as described and depicted. Ordering from the website took some effort at first but after calling and having it all explained, it was a breeze. Delivery was accurate and prompt. Received two confirmation phone calls. Great service. Appreciated the many design ideas. The oak newels had gaps in joining but not visible until cut for height. Overall, great company, great service. Will definitely recommend.

  We originally ordered our balusters from a big box store. Took for ever to get the complete order and half were severely damaged. So we replaced them through your site. They all came in a timely manner and were packed very well and in perfect condition. Wished we had ordered through you in the first place. Yours were less expensive as well. Thank you so much.

  You ordered a custom made part on the 4th that quoted 2-3 weeks for delivery and it actually delivered Sept 20th, right on the 2 week mark. You also see the prices and shipping before you check out. We shipped exactly what you paid for in the timeframe we quoted. I'm wondering in what part of any of this transaction did we do anything wrong on our side to deserve 2 stars.

  In the springtime, I ordered 150 of these balusters, and when my railing contractor finally got on the job this fall, he told us we needed 5 more. So, I quickly put in an order for 5 balusters, hoping I could get them in time to have the stairs finished. I got my order very quickly, with no problems at all ! I was very happy, and I found that many contractors in my area get stair parts from Cheap Stair Parts! You guys rock! Thank you for getting my order to me so quickly.

  wanted horizontal bar stair rails, wasn't sure about how ridgid they were, the quality and the satin black look. The price with S & H here was best deal, and I received them in less than 1 weeks time, WOW was I surprised and pleased!Do not hesitate worrying if an 8' rod would be sturdy enough, it certainly is, at least the 5.1.1 &7.1.1 are. Love them

  The balusters I ordered were on back order for about a month. I received an email asking if I wanted to wait or order something else. I chose to wait and was told they would be available on 25 Sep 2021 and received an email on 24 Sep 2021 saying they had shipped, so they were accurate on the availability date. Very pleased with their customer service and gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to wait on a backorder.
