  The product you purchased had a warning in bold red letters explaining that this was a custom made part, that it will be made for you and your order and because of that we can not take exchanges or returns. The message is also displayed during checkout and also in the initial email about this part.While we understand the frustration of ordering the wrong size and not being able to exchange it, this was not our fault and we do not deserve a 1 star for completing your order was requested with no errors or delays.This review should be removed since everything the customer is upset about was clearly displayed to them 3 times during checkout.

  cheapstairparts.com has excellent prices and they are very good with quick and prompt responses to inquiries about products and they are even able to match and beat prices from any competitor.I would like to give a shout out and a huge thank you to my favorite Sales Rep/stair parts expert Christina and if it weren’t for her honestly I probably would have started shopping with another Stairs Supply company.There were some material issues with damages and warping of some stair treads And Christina not only replaced these trades for me at no cost and no shipping costs but she was so quick and get them sent to me within a couple days on top of that she also sent me some 1 inch white oak plugs to sweeten the deal and show that they are truly interested in pleasing and keeping their customers.I’m not sure about the other sales reps there because honestly I’ve only dealt with Christina mostly but it seems you guys have a very good sales/customer service team and that is One of the most important aspects of business to me it doesn’t matter if you have good products and good prices if your customer service sucks.I would definitely recommend cheapstairparts.com to coworkers and contractors and I already have.All I want to say is thank you Christina for everything truly you have been a blessing from helping me find the correct stair parts and fittings for my stair system design as well as being very patient and kind with me whenever I ask for multiple different estimates cuz homeowners changed their mind about designs she never gets frustratedand, and is so knowledgeable Of all the Stair products. Due to Christina‘s help I was able to design a amazing stair system which was an over the top application. I was able to utilize all the best looking rail fittings from quarter turns, up eases, and starting caps and more. Hopefully the pictures of my job can be used on your website for advertisement of your products that would be so cool.So please make sure Christina gets the accolades that she deserves as well honestly she deserves a raise. She is one of your most valuable sales reps/customer service Expert and she deserves the recognition that she has earned.   Our wood treads/risers have one useable side as stated online. We also typically leave extra length on some wood products so the user can trim it to fit exactly to their job. I apologize if this was an inconvenience.
