    most accommodating when I had ordered the wrong size. they responded immediately, sent me the information on returning the item and then sending out the correct size when they were notified i had sent back the item. no muss, no fuss, no bother. and the item was ON SALE! nowhere have I have found a retailer this good in all my 89 years!

    I received the 15-20 open toe pantyhose within a few days of ordering. I find these compression hose are helping to keep my lymphedema swelling down somewhat. But after wearing these hose for only four times, I already have a run in them. I'm 5'2" and now weigh 130 lbs. (10 extra pounds due to lymphedema swelling in my legs and feet) and I purchased the Medium size. I'm very careful when putting the hose on and taking them off.

    It was easy to navigate the Brightlifedirect website. I placed my order by phone. The size of the compression of my stockings was given by the staff at the clinic where I am being treated for Lymphedema.It apparently was not the right compression; as, they later suggested that I have the next level up. I contacted brightlifedirect with that info. They advised me of their return policy, which I qualified for. After returning my 1st order, they sent me the next level up stockings.

The Sigvaris Calf Compression Sleeves and Liner Socks were "prescribed" for me by a Physical Therapist 6 years ago to help manage severe lymphedema in both of my legs.     Over four years ago I had surgery to remove cancer and found that I was one of 40% who develop lymphedema. I went on line to find compression sleeves to alleviate the symptoms and found BrightLife Direct. The website was very informative and each brand had specific measurement guides and information on the products advertised including previous buyers ratings. I ordered my first at that time and have reordered several since, some fun and some more practical.     I think the website could be improved; it's a bit unwieldy and getting from point A to point B isn't straightforward. But now I know exactly what I want I manage well. I rally love the Allegro stockings. I can't find stockings long enough for my feet; I am 5'1" and wear size 8-1/2 shoes, having long straight toes. I am small, but have to purchase medium size, open toe, then make a couple of snips in the foot bands and arrange the stockings on my feet. I will continue to purchase from Brightlife. I wish the shipping could be faster,. But overall I am a happy customer.

    I've ordered from BLD several times and I am very happy with the company over all. The web site is pretty user friendly. My stockings come in a timely manner. I accidentally ordered the wrong stockings this last time, but Diana from customer service put my fears to rest.     It was disconcerting to be told with each of two orders that part of my order was on back order and then have the whole order arrive a couple days later. I do not like having to wear this product so have a hard time separating that from my customer experience. I guess if you have to wear compression socks this is a good place to get them.     Despite their specific description that their construction would NOT roll down - these compression arm sleeves are NOT sized as marked and they roll down. Their sizing is WAY OFF. This density should NOT require aid in putting them on but they do. I hate I chose economy - thanks for the offer but I wasted my money.

    This wrap is perfect. It provides good compression, is comfortable, adjustable and easy to take on and off. I wear a cotton liner so that I can moisturize my skin while wearing it. I sleep with it on, which is the intended use. I purchased the one that covers my palm; it’s a little bulky if you intend to use your arm.
