  I could not be happier with this company and their products. The compression hose I purchased are great in my career as an RN. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. Whenever I have had any problems with fit or trying a new product and it ends up not being right for me, their assistance in returns has been phenomenal! In all my experience with online shopping and returns, they have been the very best at communication and easiest return experience.

  The website could use improvement. My rewards for orders are not consistently posted. Having said that, I like ordering from Brightlife instead of Amazon. When I've had past problems with the website, the customer service reps were very efficient and polite.

  Compression socks are important to me and have provided relief for about 15 years. I have tried different brands and made a final decision several years ago to only use Medivan for Men. I have always used brightlifedirect.

  When I first shopped at BrighLife I found the website very easy to navigate. Now, it's not as efficient, in my view and not as simple to get where you want to go. Shipping is a little slow compared to that of other compression hosiery sellers. I am very happy with the product and the telephone help.

  The products are excellent. I would recommend the support stocking as the best I have ever tried on. The shipping process is the WORST. I would never use DSL, They would not notify me as to where my stockings were. No way to contact them. If BrightLife has another way of shipping Please use it...

  The gloves were too small - I bought “medium” which was the largest. Have not been able to get the Doff N Donner to work yet. I would like to see a video of the “trainer” putting on the 20-30 surgical thigh high support hose.

  Prices are $20-30 cheaper than the pharmacy. Allegro stockings, however, are not as durable as Jobst. They ripped. I had to return all six pairs. As well, the Jobst I wanted were out of stock. Mediven should do the trick though. I hope. Regardless of limited supply, BL is inexpensive. Customer service are friendly and helpful.

  There is no other company to buy compression stockings from but BrightLife. Their selection and prices are incomparable. But, the best thing about t his company is their friendly customer service.   Companies are figuring out ways to make more effective products. I’ve tried wraps in the past and was disappointed. This wrap can be donned without help. There are smaller “straps” to maintain the position of the wrap on your arm. My hand and fingers swell, so I need the MCP to axilla. Gauze finger wraps don’t survive the Velcro, but a compression glove does! I moisturize my arm well and use a light cotton sleeve under the wrap. It can be worn during the day depending on activity, but I’m wearing it at night. It’s comfortable and doesn’t affect my sleep. The compression is uniform and significantly reduces the edema in my arm. I’m very satisfied. It’s not cheap, but if it works and can be worn multiple times. For me, it’s far better than wrapping with elastic bandages. I’m very satisfied, highly recommend and will purchase again if still needed. I’ve had it about a month, and it’s holding up well. Effective, comfortable, uniform compression and ease of use. Cost could be a factor, but you get what you pay for. I did purchase during a sale.
