  I bought 1 pair of knee hi and 1 thigh hi for my husband. I have purchased the knee hi many times and I love them, They keep the swelling in my ankles at a minimum. I found the exact size and brand for my husband that the doctor gave him. Perfect fit.

  The compression socks I ordered did not fit…were way too big. I did use the measurements listed too. I phoned customer service and was quickly helped…outcome: my new socks are one size smaller than the others, and are a nice fit. I like the weight of the cotton trouser socks for women!

  Generally working through the listing is ok. The problem I have is working with the filters. It only does ONE filter at a time rather than allowing you do complete the list of what you want to find. It becomes quite frustrating when you have to wait for the program to cycle and then put in another filter, then cycle then another filter, cycle, filter, cycle, etc. Products are great, prices are reasonable

  The customer service is always A-ONE! Very friendly, helpful people! I don't have any complaints, because the only problem I have had is in the sizing of the stockings, and common sense dictates that different brands will sometimes be slightly larger or smaller. The very simple solution is that before placing your order, you should check the size chart, for each different item, before you finalize your order. When in doubt, ask! I contacted customer again. They gave me a credit and sent me a label to return the thigh socks. BrightLife is a very good company to work with.

  If possible, I would give 0 stars. I order compression socks with 3 day delivery charge for a trip. Package was to be delivered on the 10th. The 10th came and my order wasn't filled or shipped. I will not be using this company again

  The site is a little clunky and I had difficulty searching for a product by name, and also difficulty finding a product pictured in one of your adds that I wanted to order.   I like the website, it is fairly easy to negotiate, doesn't glitch. I like the product range, it is extensive. I only recently realised I needed to use compression wear and this website has made that voyage into the unknown easy to explore. The products last--- that's impressive.   My order took over a week from the time the order was placed until it was received. However, the compression stockings and washing solution were very well packaged. I did not like the toeless stockings. Brightlife sent me a prepaid return label and indicated that $6.95 would be deducted from my refund. I asked to replace the stockings with a different brand that has toe coverage. It looks like the $6.95 was not deducted from my refund since I ordered a replacement. The billing on my Brightlife account is confusing because it looks like I was charged full price for the replacement with no credit for the return, but the bottom line is not what shows on my Brightlife account but rather what shows on my credit card. My credit card was charged exactly what I expected to be charged.

  I have been buying Medi stockings here for many years. I was disappointed to see that they have started adding shipping cost unless the order meets a minimum amount. This is not competitive with other websites, so I will probably try another company next time.

  First of all I appreciate a conversation I am able to have with a person at the other end as two just what I should and can be ordering. Compression stockings are a new language for me. It's not very much fun to learn but these folks are helpful. Then, the products come very quickly. Then, if I do need to return or exchange it is entirely possible and with a smile. I do recommend calling again when you do need to do this, it is helpful to understand how best to gain, use, and apply your credit. Then, BrightLife had a sale on the particular brand that I needed/got along well with, so I felt encouraged to purchase even a little more.
