Generally working through the listing is ok. The problem I have is working with the filters. It only does ONE filter at a time rather than allowing you do complete the list of what you want to find. It becomes quite frustrating when you have to wait for the program to cycle and then put in another filter, then cycle then another filter, cycle, filter, cycle, etc. Products are great, prices are reasonable

I don't have any complaints, because the only problem I have had is in the sizing of the stockings, and common sense dictates that different brands will sometimes be slightly larger or smaller. The very simple solution is that before placing your order, you should check the size chart, for each different item, before you finalize your order. When in doubt, ask! I contacted customer again. They gave me a credit and sent me a label to return the thigh socks. BrightLife is a very good company to work with.

I like the website, it is fairly easy to negotiate, doesn't glitch. I like the product range, it is extensive. My order took over a week from the time the order was placed until it was received. However, the compression stockings and washing solution were very well packaged. I did not like the toeless stockings. Brightlife sent me a prepaid return label and indicated that $6.95 would be deducted from my refund. I asked to replace the stockings with a different brand that has toe coverage. It looks like the $6.95 was not deducted from my refund since I ordered a replacement. The billing on my Brightlife account is confusing because it looks like I was charged full price for the replacement with no credit for the return, but the bottom line is not what shows on my Brightlife account but rather what shows on my credit card. My credit card was charged exactly what I expected to be charged.

First of all I appreciate a conversation I am able to have with a person at the other end as two just what I should and can be ordering. Compression stockings are a new language for me. It's not very much fun to learn but these folks are helpful. Then, the products come very quickly. Then, if I do need to return or exchange it is entirely possible and with a smile. I do recommend calling again when you do need to do this, it is helpful to understand how best to gain, use, and apply your credit. Then, BrightLife had a sale on the particular brand that I needed/got along well with, so I felt encouraged to purchase even a little more.
