    Definitely good quality. Very comfortable and size was true to fit. When my body temperature rises due to physical activity my legs have a slight allergic reaction to the silicone top. I still have to look further into all fabric ingredients to see what I might be having a reaction to. VERY pricy and hard to budget for multiple pairs.. Love the open toe

    Brightlife reviews Aug. 14, 2024 Response by telephone is frustrating, insufficient number of people to respond. The perception is; don’t call us, we’ll call you. The use of bots and AI. The more button choices in using bots to respond the more disconnected I feel. Remember, bots better serve corporate interest not the clients. And don’t patronize with the line ‘in order to better serve you’ (or variant). We see through that. Whenever personalized contact is lost or broken ppl feel victimized by the system. Overseas call centers with a questionable English dialects only serves the corporate elite not the customers preference. I have broken service and contact in favor of US based providers. When a business strives to survive and thrive then the ancient adage “The customer is always right” remains relevant. NEVER think of customers as cash cows. To CEO’s: Don’t always take as gospel CFO’s and CIO’s offerings on ‘cut costs or improve services’. I’m guessing they are primarily self serving recommendations for job security. Do not dehumanize. Reliability and service sounds like a good corporate formula. So now, what do you offer in recompense for these lengthy thoughts?

    My order handled promptly & as placed. However, apparently of the two items ordered, one was in stock & the other wasn't. I wasn't notified of that, & was surprised to receive an email that reported that my one item had been shipped, but without any indication that the second item would also be on its way separately.     I took advantage of the July special and ordered 3 pr of Allegro knee-highs and got one pr free. These stockings provide perfect compression for everyday use. And BrightLife is an outstanding company...great customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size...return and reorder was swift. I decided to place a 2nd order even though I missed the July special cut-off date. The pkg arrived opened with 1 pr missing of the 3 pr ordered.. Customer service came through again and immediately sent me the missing pr. I'll continue to be a longtime customer.

    The garments were of good quality. They arrived in a timely manner. Bright Life kept me appraised of where the order was in transit. I had to return one item due to size. I did this on line. I was offered a full refund ori could shop for another item. I chose to shop. I purchased another item and they immediately refunded the balance of the item I returned. Simple and professional.

    I have ordered from BrightLife Direct a number of times. So far I have had one order with minor complications. The manufacturer did not have all of the items I ordered ready to ship. Where many companies would let an automated system manage the interaction or wait until the customer called them to address a delay with the order, BrightLife Direct reached out proactively to offer 3 reasonable options. Their adjusted delivery estimate for my choice was conservative, and my order arrived sooner than expected. All of my other orders were smooth transaction where my items arrived during the estimated delivery window. All deliveries have been correct and complete. The only complaint I have is that gauntlets are not a filter in the lymphedema products on the web site. Fortunately the product search finds the gauntlet I need, but I do wish I could browse the alternatives as easily as I can browse arm sleeves.

    The website is generally easy to navigate, and a pleasant experience. It would be nice if I could click on men's stockings, and not have all the ladies stockings come up too, but It's never a big problem! Another minor annoyance is that different brands have different sizing, but once you learn to check every time, for every brand of sock, it's a piece of cake! I have been buying from Brightlife Direct for at least 30 years, and have never had to return anything. In all that time, the employees have treated me like a king!     The newer compression stockings are thinner, and perhaps not as durable as your older ones. One new stocking already has a hole in it. Time will tell if you've recently reduced compression stocking quality.

    I like the product( allegro 3xl wide calf) its the only sock that ever came close to fitting me,i recently placed an order , and i was very upset that i wasnt allowed to use the points i EARNED!!!!! during checkout!! Those points are a reward for continued patronage! not a coupon!! But still wasnt allowed to use them , Sale or no sale , rewards should be allowed !! also im 6'-3" and the short sock was perfect for me , now its discontinued ??? Very upsetting!! The regular sock ends up rolling down ,cuz it pulls up to the middle of my knee, and if i dont pull it up tight , it buches at my ankle causing severe pain and more swelling!! YOU DISCONTINUED THE WRONG SOCK!!!!!!!!!!

    Between customer service and wide selection, I give them 5 stars. Their staff have always been willing and able to help me pick the best products for my needs. Shipping is prompt and reliable. Their list of products range from low-cost-but-good basic compression socks, etc. to the very best of high-end products.     The ordering process was fine as well as getting the merchandise. However, when I opened the package for the downing gloves and put them on, there was something hard in one of the fingers which made it hard to use the gloves since that hard thing was hindering me from using that finger. When I turned the gloves inside out, there was this huge piece of material/mound there or defect that was hard. The hug piece was similar to the glove material protruding in the glove. I had to cut the extra material off but the I couldn't get all of it because it was hard and I didn't want to cut into the glove. I'm using the glove but I can still feel the hard rubber where I tried to cut it off. I'm surprised there was this defect as I have order many gloves before and did not have this problem. I haven't open the other package to see if the glove has the same thing.
