Ordered knee high men's compression socks. Ordered by size as directed on website. Received order and read instructions put socks on per instructions. After 5 hours of wear time I was having to refix the top of the sock, lower to higher and higher to lower as it was cutting my leg in half, or that's what it felt like and very deep compression grooves in my legs.

I ordered an "off the shelf" order for thigh high stockings. Waited over a week. Called to see when it would arrive. Rep said it hadn't shipped because it was "custom." No it was not and I selected the ONLY color offered. She said they had to dye them? Come on! So I asked her to cancel order. She said she would try and she would call me back. She never called me back. Arrived today. I had already ordered other garments from Medline. UGH! You lost Monarch Wound and Lymphedema as a customer.

I love ordering from this company. Their website is very easy to manuver and the order process is easy. My last order was to give me an automatic 10% discount & I could not see where that discount was being applied to my order. I called customer service & the representative immediately told me that the 10% was taken off the regular price right from the beginning of the order. Upon checking, I could then see that. I have also returned items and had no problems at all. Customer service is great and very helpful & courteous. This is an excellent company and would recommend to all.

No trouble with the site -- easy to order -- order arrived in just a few days -- "Tickled Pink" with my new Jobst Farrowraps 4000 Series legpieces (calf) and Circaid foot wraps! Compression hose bagen to dig FAR into the ankle and at the top of my compression hose causing them tp do more harm than good. These wraps can even be adjusted easily during the day if needed (not needed often but nice to know). Thanks BrightLife Direct!

It’s really not fair to rate them….the hardest thing is trying to decide how they are going to fit your lifestyle ! - I want 2 different sock and stocking. I’m an artist and stand behind my easel at least 3 hours a day. While painting, the sock must fit comfortably into a high-end, supported tennis shoes. So I put on the thigh-high and it was comfortable until I put on the tennis shoe. Then the shoe was too big. So I added a no-show tennis sock over the thigh-high and my feet started to burn…quests thing-high and tennis sock combination created a bearier for the foot to breath? So the purchased garments work for casual wear but not for my painting needs…and that’s the Joy in my day…any ideas?

I decided that I like sigvaris stockings better than Allegro. There was no problem returning the Allegro stockings that I had purchased. If I bought another pair of stockings in exchange for the ones I returned, there was no restocking fee. If I had decided not to buy a replacement, a fee of about $6.95 would have been deducted from my refund. My order arrived within the time period promised at the time of my order.

The staff is very helpful via telephone. Avoid the Allegro brand; the quality recently declined sharply. The newer Allegro compression stockings are much thinner than in the past, and they get holes and tears very quickly.

Product quality offered is good. Delivery of product in a timely fashion is not. I placed an order only to be told by my own inquisition the stockings are on back order. It was not reflected at the time of purchase. Also refunding of the order is in question as I cancelled the order for the one back ordered items as I needed them for a wedding. IMHO not good customer service

Very easy to navigate website. I had a problem when checking out as I wanted to use another card that was listed but it wouldn’t let me choose it, not sure why. I got a discount but thought I was entitled to another one, but it wouldn’t let me use it, again not sure why as I had received discount code in a email that day. I was very happy and satisfied with my first purchase. They were the perfect shade, but got a hole in them the second time I wore them. Soooo, I purchased a second pair and they were way lighter than my first pair, so I thought it was just a bogus order so I ordered a third pair and they were even lighter. The last two purchases were so dark they look ridiculous on me! They need to get some consistency in their coloring of their hoses. I also do not like the toe and heel line, much too visible!
