    I like their service but don't like paying an extremely lot for shipping...a small fee would be appropriate BUT they make a fortune from every customer as they charge a tremendous shipping fee. That is why I don't order very often even though I like their product.

    BrightLife always provides excellent customer service, and this time was no exception. However, I find their promotions are deceptive. They advertise "10% discounts", then bury that discount in their already "discounted price". So if one expects 10% off the displayed price, it doesn't happen. I complained, and they agreed to give me the 10% off, but I shouldn't have had to fight them for it. Other than that, they are a fine company, and I'll continue to buy from them.

    So many choices it is hard to decide. I called customer service and explained what I wanted and they patiently listened to me and helped me find exactly what I needed in the correct size. Customer Service has been a great help to me as it is hard for me to navigate on computer. Excellent products and excellent customer service. Their rewards program also helps defray costs.

    I ordered two items on August 16th......one was backordered but I found it up to me to call and get any updates on possible delivery....I know that had to do with manufacturer but I was left to do all the follow up....other than that found staff to be considerate and for the most part helpful...especially the first contact when ordering....got good help with sizing...so just maybe more "followup" on delayed order could be done.     It’s not often that a thing is way better than it appears online and this one of those happy rarities! Allegro’s Italian cotton is even softer than I imagined. The fit is fab, the yarns are perfectly blended with the spandex. And NO pulling on my toes. I showed them to a friend & when she asked me to order her a pair, I got another pair for me too!

    It was what I was expecting and then some. I ordered the small, it extends under my arm and to my back. It really helps with the pain as it applies a slight compression when I wear it under a sports bra. I did add some Velcro to it and to my bra to keep it in place. The Velcro makes it easy to remove to wash them both.

    I had a problem with the way my credit card was charged. I got a screen that said that i was approved for 4 installments of $24.99 to pay for my socks. Then I checked my card and found out that I had been charged with the entire amount of $99.97. This has caused frustration and irritation on my part because of the computer glitch. I have never had this problem with any orders in the past. I hope that we can correct this issue. The socks are great that is why I ordered them again.

    Brightlife direct always gives me excellent customer service! Everyone there is very helpful, and friendly. I have never had a problem with any order, and in over 30 years of doing business with them, I have never had to return anything! The different companies they represent all have different sizing, but I learned (and not the hard way!) long ago, to check the sizing chart that comes with each different brand, and it works well for me. Even this is not really a problem, it's more anticipated. When I order, never pay extra for expedited shipping, because they always ship promptly! I highly recommend Brightlife Direct. Good products, and great people!

    The quality of Bright Life Direct's house brand, Allegro compression stockings, has significantly deteriorated recently. The Allegro stockings are currently much thinner and tear much more quickly and easily than previously. Sadly, despite the significant quality reduction, Bright Life Direct continues to market its house brand as high quality. This is intentional customer deceit.

    It took a long time for the items to be delivered and when they came and we opened them, there was only one stocking included with each of the leg suppression.item and when I ordered them I was told that there would be 2 stocking included so that one could bw washed and dried while the second one was being worn.     This is only regarding this order. In the past BrightLife has been wonderful. After not receiving the compression hose in the expected time I called to inquire. The representative on the phone was wonderful. She called Mediven and inquired as to the arriving time as they were coming from the factory. I was told it should come in about five days. We received it the next day! So not a comment on BrightLife, but Mediven as I don't believe it would have been sent without my inquiry.

    Brightlife direct has always been great company to do business with. I have been using them for roughly three years. Orders delivered as stated. Unfortunately last order didn't fit as I thought they should. Thigh highs were too short. After my call to customer service for a return authorization, I had to wait a whole 4 minutes for my RA label to come via email. To me that's a 10 star rating.

    I have used Mediven compression hose for years and they have certainly kept the swelling down in my ankles and feet. However, I discovered I tend to get ingrown toenails so wanted to try the balloon toe socks. BrightLife has sent me a return address for the ones I just ordered with no problem. Thank you.
