Navigating the site was ok but because I live outside the US, I kept getting a pop-up about where I want to ship to and that was annoying. Also my order was split up and you are not told before you place the order that it will be split into more than one packages. That costs me more in the end because I have to use a freight forwarder for my packages.

this is the best garment yet for my lymphedema!!!!! the material is so nice/soft next to my skin and still has the right compression. I really enjoy doing business with this company. The web site is easy to use and if I have a question I can find answers. If for some reason an order was to be delayed they send out an e-mail notifying the customer that there will be a delay and approximately how long the delay will be. If the delay is longer than the customer wants, customer service will work on alternatives to solve the problem.

I called in and talked with an agent who was very helpful. I think the compression hose is very good quality. I was disappointed that both items were mailed from different sources. One arrived on a timely basis last week and other item should be on the way. The positive thing is that the agent made sure I was able to get both items instead just the one item that was available at the time I called.

I bought the 15/20 version in a nice suntan color which blends well with my skin. I have bought other 15/20 Supp Hose in the past from other places and found them very difficult to get on especially since I have had total hip replacement. Youd seem to slip on a lot easier but still do an excellent job of keeping my feet from swelling.

Three stars because the Velcro tabs on the leg wraps only last a month or two. I have to wear the wraps daily and because the Velcro tabs are not wide enough nor durable due to the wear and tear of use. Although you can now buy additional Velcro tabs they still are two small and they are expensive to have a seamstress see them on for you and hope that the garment will still have the same strength. The price of the socks are expensive and since you need to wash them daily you need at least three or four pairs every four months as not loose their shape. Lymphedema lifestyle for life and doesn’t go away without taking the proper care.

I have used Brightlife for my medical compression knee highs for a long time. I use the Core Spun, Therafirm brands because they don't roll down much, where some others brands tend to be sort of slick and roll down...it hurts when they roll down. The life span of the stockings is usually at least a year or two, but I have had some pairs last much longer. The company is pretty easy to work with, and the web page, once. you have used it, is also pretty easy. Now they have begun to use a point reward system, and I got my last order, which after I used my points, was basically half off.
