Always inventory in stock and shipping is done in a timely fashion:) I have commented several times that the foot bed is short in the L size even; I wear 91/2 or 10 narrow shoe, am only 145 lbs, and I find I have to order open toe to avoid sore toes That is notmy first choice in Nebraska or Minnesota winters!!

The texture of the stockings was nice but the color "nude" was too pinkish for me. I had never used toeless before and thought it would help with my foot problems but the elastic band was too tight at the foot. I would like to return the two pairs from my order for a refund.

Customer service is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve ordered the biggest hose there was and they are so tight it cuts off my circulation in my feet, So for now. The product was exactly as I ordered. This is the first time I ordered compression hose on line. My past experience has been in person. I was a bit skeptical about how well they would fit as I didn't have anyone but me to measure. The customer serive person talked me through the measurements and I found some hose on sale that seemed to be my size. She told me I would get free shipping if I ordered two more pairs, which I did. I appreciated her and everything she did to make sure I got what I needed, a great fit and a wonderful price. I will definitely be back when it's time to buy again.

i just love this product! don't know if it's a new style of compression garment for women or i just discovered it. It is the most comfortable one yet! The material is such an improvement over other compression sleeves, yet it is exactly what i need, esp for traveling. Nothing else has been comfortable for over a few hours, and this was great for a whole day's worth of flying etc. Customer service is always great so no change there! Thanks

I once received a pair of compression knee-highs that had a snag in them as soon as I opened the packaging. I called and complained and received a replacement in 3 days. I appreciated that I could call and get great service. I had to order a different brand than what I've ordered as my regular brand was not available but it was not the same quality as before and I a hoping my recent order will be up to par with my other purchases. I have recommended this company to others I find they handle their customers fairly and the prices are good.

I have loved the low compression socks I got and when I had questions, the customer service was outstanding. All the stockings I got from other places were too tight, uncomfortably so, and hard to use. The lowest compression is so comfortable and really helps my feet stay comfortable all day.
