    After previous good experiences, I placed an order in early September that has been a real disappointment. The DHL free shipping apparently went via USPS who returned it, as they do not deliver and require our PO Box number. I got an email confirmation that it had been delivered. I responded to the survey that it wasn't delivered, probably due to the address problem, but never got a response. I hoped to have it when we returned from a trip, ten days later, but still not there. I called to inquire, operators were busy, so I left a message requesting a callback, which I never got. Yesterday I called again and got the addressing straightened out, so still waiting but hopeful. Rep was very apologetic yesterday, but still what I consider poor service recovery, as no offers of future discount coupons or even the new 10% off Jobst discount.

    I had to contact customer service to determine the status of my order. They told me it had been back ordered but was now shipping. Still no date of when to expect delivery. It seems to me that if a product is back ordered, a notification of when the order would be filled should be forthcoming from the company. It should not be the responsibility of the customer to track down a late order.

    Brightlifedirect, does a super job by answering the phone and having a knowledgeable person through the process. In my case, all that Liz needed was my size from floor to bend behind knee, calf at widest point and the ankle’s narrowest point. Next is the compression levels and what they reliev. Mine was the 25-20. You pick the colors. And that is it.

    Prices are reasonable, I ordered quite a bit to replace lymphadema bandaging of my arm when I need it. Good thing that I did not need these supplies right away. As soon as I ordered and paid I received an e-mail that everything was backordered. Over a couple of months I received 3 separate packages. The crazy thing about this was I received the wrapping bandages last. You can't very well use the other products unless you have the bandages. You should have waited and sent everything at the same time. Will have to think very hard before ordering from you again.

    The item I ordered were tubigrip shaped support bandages. I ordered these especially as I was advised to get shaped products. I received tubular support bandages. I could have bout these locally for 25% of the price brightlife charged and also not had to pay postage. I have wasted a lot of money.     I always shop on bright Life Direct for my favorite brand of compression stockings because they are a quality product for an affordable price. They are excellent for reducing my swelling in my legs and ankles. They last and I wear them daily. I feel Bright Life is a reliable site to buy from since I have done so a number of times already. Excellent customer service and will respond quickly to any questions I have.

    Easy to navigate website. Quick response from customer service if you use chat and they are very knowledgeable. I asked what would be in my size & style, and told them my budget. They took the time to do the research and make a recommendation - it would have taken me a lot longer, and lots of frustration, to get that information

    Your company is great. I use it and recomend it to friends all the time. I like that I can order on the phone, and that you keep records of what, how many items I ordered the last time, even if it is annually. Only once did I order something that didn't fit, and learned that I could have returned it. I gave you 4 stars instead of 5 because the Cool max socks I recently ordered were a bit heavier that expected. More Cool needed. but I'll wear them more and see. Thank you.
