  I've had lymphadema for 15 years, and worked as a nurse for 25. Sigvaris is an excellent brand, they stay in place, provide wonderful support, and brightlife direct is my go to resource for ordering them.   I have been purchasing compression hose from Brightlife for many years and have been very satisfied with purchases. Delivery of product is always timely. My legs feel so much better when I wear the 8-15. Sometimes I purchase the 15-20. Nice to wear in the cold weather.

  The foot part of the stocking is too small. The toe opening ends up around the middle of my foot rather than just exposing my toes. I really need the compression to cover as much of my foot as possible. I don't order stockings that have the closed toe because they hurt my toes over time.

  I am very happy with the products I purchased. My only complaint would be that when I received my order, even though the box said the correct item was inside, it was the wrong item. The process to return it and get the right item was easy and fast. Their customer service dept was very helpful.

  I buy the Juzo soft armsleeve usually and it offers very strong support for my medium level lymphgedema. Prices are right for these and with gentle washing and air drying, I can get 6 months and more of wear. Customer service is very professional and more of a traditional style. Tihey take an interest in providing good products and good service and having loyal customers. Would like to see some other colors in Juzo soft sleeves than pale pink, white and navy.

  I personally have had great experience with this company. I been getting my sleeve compression for the last 20 years or more. Love the quality and just feel comfortable ordering. I still think the price for glove for Lymphedema is high in comparison with the compression sleeve but I have no choice I need it.

  It was very frustrating that the web site allowed me to place an order, charge my credit card and then later notify me that the arm wrap I needed had been discontinued. Why wasn't that done when I entered the part number? Poor customer service.

  Sizing charts and various types and brands of compression products are easy to find. I ordered knee high and thigh high compression products based on the sizing charts and they fit better and were more comfortable than the ones the doctors office made me buy. Plus they were a much better cost than the doctors office charged! I will purchase from BrightLife Direct in the future.

  I have ordered many pairs of compression socks. I like Allegra’s socks, they are fairly easy to put on & last a long time. They have many types of socks to choose from, so that is helpful. I would recommend them to someone who needs compression socks & doesn’t want to break the bank, paying for them. An honest company to work with.

  I was so disappointed I have ordered several times from brightLife I have wore my support holes for a week and a half and they are separating from the top Van around my thigh not sure if this is a manufactory defect or not but these support holes or too expensive to be tearing up like this

  I was unsure of which stocking I wanted and asked customer service to direct me to the items with the toe style I wanted. I was afraid I’d miss the sale, so guessed at the style after two days with no answer from them. My guess was wrong, and they responded quickly to my request to return and reorder, They even checked my previous orders and alerted me of a change. However, it still took several days and four emails to get a return label, and now an ice storm is preventing me from getting these sent back to be replaced. I think the transaction could have taken place more easily, but I appreciate their care and attention.

  Bright Life has a wide array of compression stockings for lymphedema in the lower leg and their prices are competitive with free shipping when your order is over $75. The only downside is they have very slow shipping, with orders taking around 10 days to arrive.

  ONLY improvement -- PLEASE list the order number of the products when I click on the product picture. Sigvaris - 3 black knee highs, one with 32XXX product number, 1 with another product number - both of them are thinner fabric and after 4 hours, they lose compression. Only the "552C" maintains the same compression all day. Otherwise, long time customer so I just remember to keep up with product numbers after ordering the thinner ones by mistake.
