    I’ve always ordered successfully, quickly, and easily by phone, twice a year, for about 16 years. This last time turned into a nightmare. When I asked the rep to pull up my last order, he said it was from six years ago. At they point I hung up and decided to try to order online. I clicked on the open toe option which I usually purchase and placed my order. About 10 days later I received my order only to see that it was closed toe. Texts to the company resulted in returning the stockings and 10 days later receiving the correct ones. I miss talking to a person. I’m sad for all the problems. You have a great product which I have to continue using. So I hope the next order will go better. But now I’m off of the six-month schedule I was using due to all the delays. I don’t like giving a bad review, and wasn’t going to say anything, but you kept sending emails asking , so here you are.

    I have made several purchases from Brightlife Direct. My experiences when ordering online has been great..very easy for an 80 year old senior, who is NOT computer savvy! All my purchases were from the Mediven line (recommended by my Doctor) and they have exceeded my expectations. I finally have compression hose that fit me perfectly!     I could not be happier with this company and their products. The compression hose I purchased are great in my career as an RN. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. Whenever I have had any problems with fit or trying a new product and it ends up not being right for me, their assistance in returns has been phenomenal!     When I first shopped at BrighLife I found the website very easy to navigate. Now, it's not as efficient, in my view and not as simple to get where you want to go.     Prices are $20-30 cheaper than the pharmacy. Allegro stockings, however, are not as durable as Jobst. They ripped. I had to return all six pairs. As well, the Jobst I wanted were out of stock. Mediven should do the trick though. I hope. Regardless of limited supply, BL is inexpensive. Customer service are friendly and helpful.

    Companies are figuring out ways to make more effective products. I’ve tried wraps in the past and was disappointed. This wrap can be donned without help. There are smaller “straps” to maintain the position of the wrap on your arm. My hand and fingers swell, so I need the MCP to axilla. Gauze finger wraps don’t survive the Velcro, but a compression glove does! I moisturize my arm well and use a light cotton sleeve under the wrap. It can be worn during the day depending on activity, but I’m wearing it at night. It’s comfortable and doesn’t affect my sleep. The compression is uniform and significantly reduces the edema in my arm. I’m very satisfied. It’s not cheap, but if it works and can be worn multiple times. For me, it’s far better than wrapping with elastic bandages. I’m very satisfied, highly recommend and will purchase again if still needed. I’ve had it about a month, and it’s holding up well. Effective, comfortable, uniform compression and ease of use. Cost could be a factor, but you get what you pay for. I did purchase during a sale.
