    I specifically asked if this product has a "reciprocated heel" because the style with the heat-set heel does not fit me properly. I was told that it is a reciprocated heel, so I ordered the stockings. They are NOT a reciprocated heel - they are heat-set. AND they evidently do not have the other style in open toe. I need the stockings, so I'm stuck using them, but I'm not happy and will not order from BrightLife again. Their customer service rep evidently doesn't know the difference and gave me incorrect information. So - they've chosen to use a cheaper manufacturing method and ruined a product I've used happily for years and then they lied about it!

    BrightLifeDirect might have saved my life. I need to have support socks, but have an unusually small leg length with large cafe...and they have the only sock that fits! I wear Mediven comfort socks, size VI because they fit! I did try 4 other varieties this last order - none of which fit - and they accepted them back with a full credit for my next order. I'm eternally grateful to their wonderful customer service, too, for originally steering me to what might work best. And they did! I highly recommend using this company for your support hose needs!     Mediven makes one of the better compression sleeves. This one was about an inch shorter than my others. Maybe it will stretch. I like the daycream. My arm is wrapped all night and needs the moisture. It’s not greasy and rubs in easily. Sometimes I use it at night as well. Overall very satisfied with Brightlife. Customer service updates me if there’s a back order and gives me options to change the order. In a world where customer service seems to be declining, it’s nice to work with a company who provides excellent service.

    I have always been able to return items with no problems and wonderful treatment by staff. My therapist had me order something from another company and it didn't fit but they didn't have a return policy. Donated them to hospital clinic. They said they used to use your company but changed. They said that they would start using you again. Thats how happy I am with you. Just ordered another pair of garments for my legs. I have lost over 25 lbs of water on my legs. My density was 90 when I started therapy and now is down to 31. But will always have to use compression garments but able to get around better. Thanks your a great company.

    Solaris ExoSoft Glove: The glove was very nice, fit well and true to the sizing suggested. I have swelling in my hand and arm so the band on this glove was small and tight. The band cut into my arm. I need a looser fit and wider band on my glove. The staff at Brightlife was amazing and made the return and exchange easy. Everyone is very knowledgeable at BrightLife and professional. I found a great glove; actually two, with their assistance to replace the ExoSoft.

    The site is easy to navigate , however there are issues with the product I like to talk about that seem to be excluded here. The survey is too general and at least to me, rather worthless. I’ve been shopping with you since the 90s. The products I’ve received have been the same brand but for the last couple of years have been less supportive than the original ones. As a test on my last order, I purchased a smaller size and these seem to work better but are not as long. I always purchase in multiples and now have a bunch of support hose that are too big. Their also unopened, would I be able to exchange them for medium?

    Great prices for the most part - wish insurance would cover something anything- like that you can use shop pay and make monthly payments. However each time I order I always seem to get a message that items are on back order and shipping takes forever- another problem is when using mobile app (which I do as I have no home internet) I can use my reward points- no option- always have to contact customer service AFTER I have paid full price to then wait up to 10 business days for my refund- love the rewards though good incentive to keep shopping from them - return policy amazing - have been using this site for over a year now

    It is very hard to order online on your site. The last time I went to my previous order and there's to reorder from there. It would not put it in the cart. Just overall it is always difficult to order from you all. I have thought of trying to find another company. It is also very difficult to apply any discount dollars I have coming. The whole thing could be greatly improved on.

    I would recommend BrightLife to anyone needing these products. I do wish the descriptions of the products were easier to understand and that dhe products were less expensive. I would like to have more hose, but I honestly can't afford more at this time. I would also like to be able to purchase navy support knee highs, but they are not available. I would advise anyone who is purchasing BirghtLife items to measure before purchasing. I do like the items that I have purchased from BrightLife, especially the open toed items.
