Despite their specific description that their construction would NOT roll down - these compression arm sleeves are NOT sized as marked and they roll down. Their sizing is WAY OFF. This density should NOT require aid in putting them on but they do. I hate I chose economy - thanks for the offer but I wasted my money.

It was disconcerting to be told with each of two orders that part of my order was on back order and then have the whole order arrive a couple days later. I do not like having to wear this product so have a hard time separating that from my customer experience. I guess if you have to wear compression socks this is a good place to get them. Recommended by the clinic who treats lymphedema.

I've ordered from BLD several times and I am very happy with the company over all. The web site is pretty user friendly. My stockings come in a timely manner. I accidentally ordered the wrong stockings this last time, but Diana from customer service put my fears to rest. As soon as the wrong stockings come in I will only have to give them a call and exchange them for the ones I really meant to order. There will be no fee, phew!

They divided my order into two deliveries . I was concerned, and I called when I didn’t get one of the items. And she was so helpful and so kind she looked up the order which I had deleted when it told me the second item would be shipped . I cannot remember her name I know the last letter of her name was in, but she was so pleasant so helpful and so patient with me. I did receive the rest of my order. Everything is perfect and I really like being able to call and place my order instead of doing it online myself. This is a very good company with very good employees. Having to look through 4-5 pages of the same stuff, while looking for those keywords, standard plus, 30-40 mm hg, open toe, at el is something that could be improved on. Mixing 30-40 in w/20-30, 10-20 is kind of in direct contrast w/ "easy to use".

I unfortunately have to wear compression stockings all day, I have purchased from Brightlife Direct, I did try other companies and have returned back to Brightlife Direct, Brightlife Direct is always competitive in prices, but it is the rest of their services that makes them go above and beyond them, I always receive an email when they receive my order, when my order ships and then I get one when it is delivered. I also gets points for every dollar spent and when you let them build up it's almost getting them free. They also allow you to return if you have a problem with them and I have not found any other company that will let you do that. I recommend this company.

My toes are very happy to wiggle in the summer, but I do find that the opening tends to slip down around the arch of the foot, leaving more of the foot portion of the dock to bunch up around the ankles. I now just adjust for that when putting them on. Happy to have them for the warmer months.

At this point I have not yet received my entire order. I received a message outlining that two-thirds of my order was on its way. A week after I made my order (and paid for it) i received two of the three items that were in my cart. The only mention of the third item was that it was "being prepared" Five days later, I still have not received anything telling me that the third item was being shipped OR even one reason why it was not included with the rest of the order. But I have noticed that payment for the entire order has hit my bank account - so I guess that is something...! Here am I ... patiently waiting...
