  In talking with the telephone representative, there was a lack of knowledge about the texture of the socks being offered. He was not helpful in securing a discount either. Though the representative on my second call, she was very helpful in securing a discount and I then ordered four items.

  Excellent customer service but "flaky" website (sorry). The most important section of your website (any ecommerce site) shopping cart and Checkout did not work (at least for me) I tried in different browsers with the same error. Canadian version of the shopping cart did not calculate correctly the subtotal when clicked on +/- sign to add/subtract to quantity and started displaying some random number... So I had to call to your customer service to place my order. As for the customer service, I have only good things to say :) and thank you for your assistance. For shopping cart Checkout only 2 stars (sorry (: for customer service all 5.

  I gave up searching for first time use of knee highs so I just called and your customer service person picked out one that fits good and I purchased a used one for $8.75 and it is a little tight but seems to be OK. So will order more from you in the future.

  navigation of the site is good, just click the filters you want - no having to go through many filters just to see the results you want. It can be overwelmng if you don't know precisely want you want or need if you are buying compression socks for the first time. They will help you in that process.Service is excellent. I have used them in the past for several times; they are helpful and warm in answering your questions especially when you want to know about returns and refunds. I have only bought the Therafirm Core-spun thigh highs and the knee highs. The fit and compression were good for improving my problem of venous insufficiency.

  I'm very happy with the 2 pairs of compression socks. They feel great on my feet with plenty of room for my toes. This is my first purchase and I'm always want to purchase the correct size and not have to be concerned with any returns . That was the hard part because I never found a size chart that showed me the comparative shoe sizes for the small, medium or large socks. Also, I spent a lot of time trying to find the customer service phone number to help me with a computer loop that I got stuck in because I chose not to set up an account.

  These sheer compression stockings are great! However there is already a large run in them. I must have pulled too tightly as I was putting them on yesterday morning. I have any only worn them twice. They are nice, but be very very gentle with them!

  Back tg back orders were incorrect. Had to contact to complete the order. The other order was incorrect by 2/3rds. Because of vacation I was not able to open the box to discover the error. The return policy should apply to the actual product and not the ability of the company to correctly fill out an order. Having 2 pairs of socks be in error was a significant amount of money I will not get back.

  While expensive, the product is great. Instructions to put on are fabulous. The paper donning thing they included not so much. For the prioce, maybe include a pair of donning gloves with the first pair of stockings/ leggings ordered when account is set up?
