    Their website is easy to navigate. Found what I was looking for and the ordering/checkout process was quick and simple. My order of Allegro Essential Sheer Support Thigh High 20-30 mmHg, Open Toe #9 - XX-Large / Black arrived sooner than expected and was in perfect condition. This is the first time I've gotten the open toe and higher compression 20-30 mmHg. Was certainly able to get some exercise putting them on. Have been doing research on the various donning aids and will make a decision soon.

    The thigh high stockings are easier to get on than Jobst and have good compression. I am 5'2" and the small in the open toe is a little too long and creases behind my knee. The closed toe is just the right length, but not enough toe room which hurts my toes.

    I am disappointed that the open toe Allegro stockings I ordered in a size larger than what the sizing chart recommended were so small that I could not get them over my heel. If this is typical, they should stop selling the product. I returned my whole order. I was told money would be withheld from my return to cover postage. I hope that they don't put a restocking fee on top of that deduction. For good customer service, they should give me a complete refund because poor sizing control equals a defective product in my opinion.

    Delivery took longer than expected because the post office took my package on a joy ride. When it finally arrived they sent the wrong size. I haven’t been able to wear the stockings yet because I have to find the time and packaging to return the ones that Brightlife sent in error before they will ship the ones I actually ordered. Its been weeks since my original order and I still don’t have the stockings yet because of their error. I’m so disappointed in the customer service.

    I received the pantyhose and they are very uncomfortable. The foot slips inside the shoe and the toe presses the toes very tightly. I only wore them for about two hours and I would honestly like to return them. Thank you.

    I bought toeless knee high stockings. I have bought these before and they are exactly what I have come to depend on. They give me the support I need and help to keep my lower legs from swelling. They are thin enough to look like regular stockings. I wear them every day. Love them!

    Navigating the site as very easy and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for quickly. However, one of the items I ordered and really needed is discontinued but the website did not reflect this and allowed me to place my order. This needs to be fixed. I was charged for it in USD which was then converted to Canadian currency. I’ve been refunded amounts that are supposed to cover the cost of the item but I have no idea if these amounts are correct or what has been refunded. There is no breakdown of the amounts (ie. cost of item, taxes, shipping, duty, etc.). I really wish the website allowed clients to purchase in Canadian funds so that in this situation, the client could see exactly what they were getting back. Anyway, their customer service is excellent and efficient. Other than the mentioned issue, I was very satisfied.

    I've been buying Bright Life (Allegro) for years and find them excellent in every way. The service has always been excellent. However, when I order support hose this time, I also ordered a device for pulling on support hose. The box was torn, the tape torn off the top so that not only could the hose fall out, but anyone might have taken everything in it. Nothing was lost, but I wanted you to know that you may lose articles or stockings if the packages are not more secure.

    Good quality, thick material. The waist height wasn’t very high and the same height in the front and back (which is standard), so they had issues staying in place (particularly in the back), causing them to bunch at the knees.

    I found the ordering process very confusing when to came to ordering the quantity I wanted. Fortunately I was able to go back and make the necessary change since there is not the option to remove or cancel the order. I think it may have been due to the "buy 3, get 1 free" offer. I have not received my product yet. Apparently DHL does not offer the ability to track orders.

    I like the compression on my legs, and ankle at the beginning I was septic because the material are different in comparison to others brands. But I really love it. My skin get better and the principal the compression works very good. Now I love this brand I definitely going to continue to by this one's. Excellent quality, soft, and compression, and long !     I always order my compression hose from Brightlife, but they last so long it seems like I dont order very often. There is usually a choice of socks so you can order the size or color or compression you need.They fit really well and look very nice. Just wish they came in different prints.But you cant go wrong with Brightlife.
