    I used to love the sticks and bought many over the last several years. But they have gotten shorter and now go up to my mid calf at the tickets part of my leg and they are uncomfortable. I will no longer buy these socks due to Sigvaris making them shorter. They need to go back to the original length or add a small/long option.

    I love the Jobst Sensi-foot socks with mild compression. I have heavy calves and these are stretchy enough while giving my legs the support they need. The Brightlife customer service dept has also been very helpful over the years. Thank you.

    My mom loves her compression thigh high open toe stockings. We first bought the closed toe ones but they were too tight on her toes. Going to order another pair of the open toe ones on Monday.     Quick and easy site to use. I have one comment/suggestion for XL calf knee highs. The very top tends to roll down, so I make 6 about 1/4- 1/2" vertical snips around top to prevent that. Maybe could be made with band of softer elastic around top edge?

    This was the first time I ordered my own stockings ( doctor's office did it before), so I was a little unsure. The person who assisted me was patient and very helpful. She assured me I was getting the correct item and provided me with the options that were available. She let me know when to look out for sales as well.     This rating is essentially for outstanding customer service. I had several questions about measurements and going through a return process. Contact and information via email was very quick and easy. Response time was within an hour and at some point after work hours. As for the products, they are the usual inventory for compression stockings but if you need help in choosing the right one for you, Brightlife will take care of you.

    I do wish they would return back to the initial design of these leggings when they first released this line of compression. In addition, the quality of this line of compression has gone down since that release. That said, they do the trick and I'm not complaining about it too much. Overall 3.5 / 5 rating.

    I've been getting my Allegro compression knee-highs from Bright Life for many years now and that speaks for itself. My mother wore them, too. It was she who recommended them to me. That's two generations of satisfied customers. The hose are good-looking and they do stay up. And they're affordable.

    Just a little disappointed this order didn't ship when they said it did...almost 5 days after I ordered but email said it was shipped the day I ordered. I didn't need it right away so that wasn't an issue but would have preferred an email when it ACTUALLY shipped because tracking kept telling me it wasn't in the system yet. Probably because of the holiday shipping season but still... Otherwise I am completely happy with my order and love the socks I ordered (which is why I ordered them again).

    The site is not easy to negotiate and it is confusing. I wanted to order some thigh high hose and finally decided on a pair. I looked at the size chart and then measured my leg. I decided on my size but when I went to order my choices are A B or C. I had to call support and he wasn't sure either but went to look something up. He came back and said I should order B but he wasn't entirely sure. Hope these fit me

    The major problem is that they always seem to ship partial orders as one order becomes two. Hence the problem begins as the product is shipped using the U.S. Postal Service for full or partial delivery. The items may be lost or only partially delivered. Their service would be greatly increased if they would totally remove the Postal Service in their delivery and use a more reputable delivery service.
