    Easy to order. Fast delivery. These only come in open toe. So far they are doing the job of keeping my swelling down. Wearing this during the day and the Jobst wraps (strong) at night. I hate having to wear them, but the alternative of not wearing them are very swollen, heavy legs.

    The delivery of my order was delayed by almost a week, beyond the expected date. It arrived almost 3 weeks after the date of order. More than the delay, the lack of response from your company was the most annoying factor. I submitted an email to your customer service department to inquire and Never received a reply. The Only replies I received were multiple duplicate computer-generated DHL responses stating that the order was delayed and would be delivered as soon as possible. The tracking info for the delivery indicated that the package apparently was stalled in Michigan for Two Weeks! Absolutely NO personalized response was sent by either your company or the shipper.

    Compression socks are so expensive so I like the sales provided. The patterns on sale are fairly attractive and kind of fun like camo. User friendly website.     I ordered the wrong size, so I called and they corrected my order very easily and professionally. The correction was less money gir. W and they alerted me to that which really impressed me. You don’t find honest companies like that any more. I really rely on Bright life because I have Lymphedema but there are no treatment nor garment suppliers in my area. Knowing my script from the clinic I initially went to, I can just order my garment from you.

    I love the prices and the products they offer but I was very disappointed when the 3 items I ordered (which must be worn together) shipped separately. And one item was on back order for 6 weeks!     After the third wear the silicone band was stretched out so much that the sleeve kept falling down my arm. I have never before had this issue with any juzo arm sleeves I ever bought.

    I am very happy with overall experience from Customer Service thru quality of product. At Customer Service’s recommendation I order the mediven Comfort style pantyhose. I recently wore this product for about 16 hours. I was in and out of car a number of times during our 60 mile drive and walked through a couple of stores. Never once was it necessary to find someplace where I could pull up the legs or panty portion because of sagging. Not did I have to find a place to sit so I could take off my shoes to pull out the toe material to unscruntch my toes. The entire pantyhose stayed where I put it when I got up that morning. They are so comfortable I forget I am wearing them. I am so impressed with this product that I ordered four more pairs while they were on sale. Thank you

    Great company to buy my stockings from. I have been a customer for many years and have had no problems. It’s the best place for the money they charge for the stockings. I have worn them since I was 8 Years old. I use to go to a specialty place and buy them for a lot more money. I’m so glad you changed the top band on them.     A small interposed statement told me I had been redirected to an Australian website and I believed it. I know I should not have clicked on when the freight showed- my impatience and age!     I somehow placed the same order twice and it became 2 items. Upon notification I immediately (within 9 minutes) sent a request to change. I immediately got a confirmation of receipt and was told I'd hear from a team membver soon. The next day (less than 24 hours) I was contacted and told it was too late to change the order and I'd have to contact you after receipt and go through the return process. At this point - less than 48 hours since placing the order - I have not been notified of shipment so I assume the order is still in your facility. Seems like you could resolve this matter more efficiently now.
