Initially ordered the wrong compression socks but exchanging them was easy and we received new ones very quickly. My mom is very pleased with these Jobst toeless, thigh-high compression socks. They are easy for her to put on (she uses rubber gloves) and take off and they are not too tight. She's always worn Jobst and likes the brand. BrightLife was a good vendor and easy to work with.

I got knee high hose and they tore in the heel part of hose and caused a runner about 2 inches wide up to the top of hose. I have had several do this. Since I have to wear them every day would like them to last longer than one wear and wash.

BrightLife has great customer service. I found out that I really needed a smaller size after buying many products, not realizing they wouldn't stay up because they were too large. Now they fit perfectly and are quite comfortable.

Answer by Sue FFlagI remeasured and still fit into Small cat. egory. Previously, I did not measure lenth of my leg. I did this time and it measures 29 inches which barely fits into small/long category. I received the SS size. If you feel the SL would not fall, I'd be willing to exchange the SL for SS. If not, I would like to return and get a refund. One of the stockings I received has not been opened. I appreciate your response and concern

I ordered compression leggings from Brightlife for the first time recently, and got my order exactly one week later. Shipping was fast, and products were well packaged. Unfortunately one of the leggings I got had a small hole on the back of the left leg and a thinned section of material on the outside of the left hip. The other pair was good, but a tiny bit too small. Yesterday, I put in for an exchange for both products. The process so far has been very simple and quick, and the replacements are already being processed. For someone who relies on these leggings to function, I appreciate they give you an option to get your new order sent out before they receive the faulty order. For how much these medical devices cost, it's great to be able to quickly replace faulty or missized things, and get back to living your life! I would (and will) order from them again.

Great customer service and exchange policy. Shipping a bit strange. Shipped DHL from Rochester Hills MI south on I-75 through Toledo passing within a few miles of my local post office on its way to DHL sorting facility in Stow Ohio south of Cleveland. Was in Stow for 2 days before being passed to USPS. USPS picked up package and took back to Toledo on its way north on I-75 to the USPS sort facility in Pontiac Mi about 10 miles west of Rochester Hills. The original starting point. The package was here for couple days then on its way south on I-75 for the second time to USPS receiving facility in Toledo. From here it went to my post office and finally got to me after 6 days. Total distance traveled about 500 miles. Rochester Hills to me about 65. I wasn’t in any hurry so doesn’t matter if this was the least expensive shipping. Seems extremely inefficient. Overall, pleased with Bright Life experience.
