The BrightLife rep helped me in the selection of compression socks. Unfortunately the Jobst socks we purchase last have changed and my husband doesn’t like the new ones; They are too difficult to get on. This is no reflection on BrightLife but on the manufacturer. Also, they were very limited on color options. The new socks are like the less expensive brand we’ve also purchased in the past. I’m at a loss on how to satisfyi my husband’s desires in style and fit!

It was shipped 3rd party instead and didn't arrive until AFTER I needed it. Too late. I had to order from another company and theirs arrived on time. We love your stockings. But my mother who is partially blind, hard of hearing and old had troubles getting her order to go through. She was upset that she couldn't get it to work online, and that you guys asked her so many details that she had troubles remembering to verify that it was her when she called. Very easy to order my new Juzo stocking slippie. I bought two. One for myself, one for a coworker. They came without directions. I called customer service and spoke with a very nice man who said he would email me the instructions and did not. I did a YouTube search and determined I was also missing handles that helped pull the slippie through the stocking. This was not a good purchase for me. Could have used a little more explanation on the website. I am an occupational therapist. Was hopeful to have found a solution for the neverending difficulty to put on compression stockings.

I use the Juzo compression stockings from BrightLife. I DON"T like using them--no one would, but if I have to have them--and I do--this appears to be my best option. I use the soft ones that are called 'chaps' because they fit like the chaps that cowboys wear. They are full-length and have a piece that goes around your waste. They don't slip down like full length ones without the 'chaps' piece. You can use the toilet without having to pull your stockings down like you do with panty hose. There is less binding with these than with other options. They come in a soft option that I find fairly easy to tolerate. Brightlife has been prompt and helpful with orders.. If you have to wear full length compression stockings, I recommend these--you will dislike them a lot less than your other options. Also--they are open toed, and, in my case, sized a bit long--I am 5'6'' and the 'petite' size comes all the way up to my crotch, but they do the job and are as comfortable as compression stockings get.
