    I ordered two pairs of the Allegro 20-30 wide calf compression socks in a size Large Wide Calf (one tan, one black), and one pair in the black cotton Allegro compression socks, also in the same size. I wear a size ladies 8.5-9W shoe but my calf is 18 inches in diameter. The cotton version was much too long in the foot portion, but the opaque non-cotton style, with the balloon toe fits beautifully. The balloon toe feature is especially important for my wide feet due to crooked bones and the extra bone in my last toe. I wanted the cotton style for summer but, the sizing is completely different than the non-cotton pairs and not a good fit for my foot/leg. I am still looking for the right cotton compression sock for summertime wear. My delivery was on-time and correctly packed.

    Even though the product appeared to arrive well made and in good condition, it took 14 days to arrive!!!! Also, it said it was coming from MI to OH but the tracking says from label creation to my door it was here in OH (definitely doesn’t ship from manufacturer or MI.) Why would it take 14 days to get medical accessories? In the event we ordered the wrong size and needed to exchange, from beginning to end turn around would take at least 6 weeks! That’s a lot of unnecessary misery. That said, the carrier used was DHL and, having very little experience with them, this could be mostly on them (although it took like 4 days to even begin the shipping process.) Just know if you have an immediate need, this company takes its time getting things to you.

    You need to stop using DHL to ship. I've ordered several items shipped by United Parcel, the post officce, and Federal Express, and I ordered them sometimes days after these compression stockings, and I still don't have my order freom Bright Life Direct. Your custumer service is very timely and superb, but your shipping is intolerable. (This isn't the first time I've experienced this with DHL.) Thanks.

    Purchased these for my mom who is on a budget so the cost is significant. These seemed to be the correct replacement for what she had been ordering over the years and is now unavailable. These compression stockings oddly stretched out length wise after only 4-5 times wearing them to where they are now unwearable. If you could find an adequate replacement it would be helpful as we are searching for compression stockings that she can wear that work for her. These possible were defective and she would be happy to try another pair or a substitute. Thanks.

    I think they do a great job of keeping the edema in my ankles from getting out of hand. They are easy to put on and maybe a little more effort to take off but it's not a big deal. They are so comfortable. They are so durable, that they will last a very long time

    Finally a knee high that fits. I have large ankles and calves, but I’m short - AND I don’t have particularly large feet! I don’t know why manufacturers think size large always means BIG all over. I bought these knee highs in the Large/Petite size. Perfect.
