    Brightlifedirect has a great assortment of compression garments, so it is the first place I look when I need something. This time, I wanted a compression garment for an upcoming surgery. I called before ordering to find out if I could get this product in a week. I was told to use expedited shipping. Then I ordered and somehow missed seeing the expedited shipping on the order form. I contacted the company and was given the different expedited shipping options. I received the garment in 2 days.

    Site Navigation is functional. The allegro surgical are extremely supportive and true to size. They are a little harder to put on than the allegro microfiber of the same rated support. Customer support was excellent when an order was "delivered" somewhere but not to my address. A new order was placed at no charge right away. Unfortunately, the shipping on the replacement order took almost twice as long.

    The thigh high compression stockings themselves are good quality except for one thing: they don’t stay up. After about an hour or so, they start slipping down and I have to keep pulling them up. I solved the problem by purchasing TruForm’s roll-on body adhesive.

    I have purchased the lower compression level hose from brightlifedirect.com for years. These knee highs are well made and will certainly be durable. Sadly, the bursitis in my hands makes donning these, even with the silicone donning lotion, almost impossible for me. My new physician suggested that I try a higher compression value. If you are unable to put them on your legs, then that is pointless. The gerontologist and I will need to reopen this discussion at a later date. In all honesty, I must say that Allegro knee highs are a very good item at a quite reasonable cost.

These days it is almost impossible to get adequate customer service much less excellent service but Brightlife is far far above that .They are absolutely excellent in everyway every time ! You get to speak to a real person in the USA that is very familiar with their products and policy , personable, polite and knowledgeable . I have called several times with questions/ and or returns and I have spoken to a different rep every time and each and everyone were excellent . The products they carry are great but truth is i You can get those same brands on lots of websites at comparable prices but trust me if you are dealing with an issue like swelling ,edema or lymphedema You don't need hassles you need help - these are the folks that can help you .

    I appreciate being able to order directly and having items shipped to my door rather than engage in the bruhaha and nasty customer service necessary to get them through my doctor and insurance. The hose are almost the same except that the Brightlife item has a tight seam around the band that is quite noticeable. Also, I appreciate being able to order the hose once monthly so that I can stock up and have a clean pair to wear every day without having to wash every night. Thank you.

    BrightLife Direct experienced a problem with one of its suppliers which resulted in my being shipped the wrong color of stockings in what otherwise was a correctly marked box. Ray from the Customer Service team personally looked into the problem, made sure that a correction was made at the supplier, comp'ed me the mistaken socks, and made sure the correct ones were sent to me. Good work, Customer Service!

    These are very well made. Unfortunately they are a couple of inches too long. In fact all of my Allegro 30-30mmHg pantyhose are for some reason about 2 to 3 inches longer than my 15-20mmHg pantyhose. They would be fine if I were a couple of inches taller.
