    This company is exemplary at customer service. I mistakenly purchased the wrong size product and they agreed to exchange the product not once but twice with no additional shipping cost. When I returned the original Large, the customer service rep recommended a small according to the size chart. When I received them I felt like they were too small so again they exchanged the product for a medium. Since I am very short I needed a size petite and they fit very comfortably with no pinching around the band at the thigh like some others do. Also, the color is more natural. I highly recommend BrightLife.

    I already gave you a fantastic review before but just wanted you to know that I loved talkin GB with your helpful customer service agent from a foreign country. He had a great handle on the American English language and he even sounded very American. He knew his information and the product and helped me tremendously.     Bright life owes me a complete pair of wraps. I returned the set and they told me they no longer can get them for me, but they never sent the old ones back. I gave me a refund I had given them my credit card which they said they would not charge until I got my new wraps, but I didn’t get new wraps. No I don’t know if they charged my credit card or not and I didn’t get my old Rap back my new ones.

    I am 5'nine" and underweight So my legs are unfortunately skinny. Yet the hose are too short by 2 inches. The band at the top definitely tight and keeps the hose in place, but after three hours I was left with a sore. I wear a size 12 shoe. Obviously, a very long foot. I Purchased open toe hose To relieve toe pain. Unfortunately (With the heel positioned correctly) The Foot of the hose is too long and covers all but two toes. Bunching the hose back underneath the toes is also uncomfortable with shoes. The quality is nice, and the color, and the lace at the top. However I would like to return these hose Because they do not fit me. Unfortunately, even though I get frequent emails for more purchases and to leave a review, when I try to get into the site I am required to go to my email for a code, but that email never appears.
