  Brightife tricks you to buy 3 pairs in order to get the 4th one for free. Guess what happens when you open your 3rd pair down the road and you have a problem? What happens then? BrightLife will tell you "Good Luck, Succer! You are past 30 day return window" No warranty, No support, No help from BrightLIfe. They got their money, made the profits and dont give a care about their customers.

  Navigation on this site is totally doable delivery, however, did take A couple of weeks. The boxes were smashed inside the bag, but it did not affect the compression stockings at all. I wear these every day as I stand on my feet for work. Couldn’t do that without these and now I’m happy to have A set for each day. Satisfied customer

  I have shopped with them since 2015 and every time they have been excellent. My only disappointment is that they still are not filing claims with Medicare, so we customers who are short on income do not have to pay out of pocket and then file the claim on our own.

  I am not internet savvy so anything is a challenge for me. The support panty hose were much too tight and very uncomfortable for me. I will be returning them.   This is the second time this has happened! I placed an order clicking the lighter color open toe compression hose. It took a long time to arrive. I had to call about the order and finally got it within days. After all the waiting the color was wrong. The lighter color depicted on the website does not match what was sent! Same exact scenario as last time we ordered them. My complaints are the website was never fixed and twice the exact same problems of not sending hosiery until I called.

  Site would not accept my Health Equity VISA card. Customer Service said it was not a true VISA card. Health Equity said they immediately approved the purchase but BrightLife cancelled the order. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

  Bright life direct has a great amount of things to choose from, competitive prices, and good customer service. I wish the Rejuva brand would come out with more of the sheer dot knee high stockings - more colors (miss the plum!). It appears they are phasing out, and I find it to be the most fashionable compression so am sad about that.

I questioned if Medi is still made in the US for the last year they have not been fitting my ankles like they use to so I tried a couple other nylon brands.   BrightLife Direct handles many lines. I use Juzo. I recently ordered two pair of knee highs. One arrived, but the second was not in the package. I contacted BrightLife Direct and they got back to me very quickly, explaining why the second pair had not been mailed and assuring me that it would soon be shipped. They gave me an approximate date for arrival and I received the second pair before the specified date. They did all they could to ensure my satisfaction.

  I really like DUOMED for three main reasons.. I wear the knee high open toe. First of all the fabric is superior to other brands I've tried - silky and smooth. Second, the fabric lies flat at the ankle/ foot bend, and doesn't wrinkle and bunch up so they look smooth and more natural. Third, I like the open toe. I've found foot lengths short and restrictive, resulting in big toe nails wearing holes in closed toe styles - and the mending just further compromises fit. These open toe styles work well with sandals, as well as wearing in enclosed shoes. Prices are competitive..

  I have been a customer for 20 years. My usual purchase is for Allegro 200/201 stockings. This last order was made for 3 pairs. Apparently, the stockings were "on sale" at "buy 3 get 1 pair free", but I was not aware of it. It would have been nice if the company had prompted me to order 4 instead of 3 to receive the free pair during the ordering process, rather than letting me miss out on the promotion.

  It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my stuff yet. When I check the tracking I found it was delivered to a US Post hub but then it stopped moving. I'm still waiting for my compression socks. I bought stuff from BrightLife a long time ago and I didn't have any problems then, but I'm thinking maybe the international carrier they're using is having problems.

  This company offers the best prices on trusted brands of compression hose. They’re shipping costs are reasonable. And their customer service is first rate. I made a mistake on my last order, texted a customer rep, and it was immediately corrected.

  Overall, satisfied with the product, prices, ease of ordering. My only disappointment was the packaging, which allowed the boxes containing the socks to get mashed a bit.

  The boxes were mashed and would no close on the ends...They should be in a box and not in a soft bag.
