Navigation on this site is totally doable delivery, however, did take A couple of weeks. The boxes were smashed inside the bag, but it did not affect the compression stockings at all. This is the second time this has happened! I placed an order clicking the lighter color open toe compression hose. It took a long time to arrive. I had to call about the order and finally got it within days. After all the waiting the color was wrong. The lighter color depicted on the website does not match what was sent! Same exact scenario as last time we ordered them. My complaints are the website was never fixed and twice the exact same problems of not sending hosiery until I called.

Site would not accept my Health Equity VISA card. Customer Service said it was not a true VISA card. Health Equity said they immediately approved the purchase but BrightLife cancelled the order. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Bright life direct has a great amount of things to choose from, competitive prices, and good customer service. I wish the Rejuva brand would come out with more of the sheer dot knee high stockings - more colors (miss the plum!). It appears they are phasing out, and I find it to be the most fashionable compression so am sad about that.

I really like DUOMED for three main reasons.. I wear the knee high open toe. First of all the fabric is superior to other brands I've tried - silky and smooth. Second, the fabric lies flat at the ankle/ foot bend, and doesn't wrinkle and bunch up so they look smooth and more natural. Third, I like the open toe. I've found foot lengths short and restrictive, resulting in big toe nails wearing holes in closed toe styles - and the mending just further compromises fit. These open toe styles work well with sandals, as well as wearing in enclosed shoes. Prices are competitive..

Apparently, the stockings were "on sale" at "buy 3 get 1 pair free", but I was not aware of it. It would have been nice if the company had prompted me to order 4 instead of 3 to receive the free pair during the ordering process, rather than letting me miss out on the promotion.

It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my stuff yet. When I check the tracking I found it was delivered to a US Post hub but then it stopped moving. I'm still waiting for my compression socks. I bought stuff from BrightLife a long time ago and I didn't have any problems then, but I'm thinking maybe the international carrier they're using is having problems.
