I placed my order on April 12. The order was supposedly shipped via DHL on April 15. The packaged wandered back and forth in Ohio for a number of days and cities before making it to SLC, UT. At some point the package was transferred to USPS where it was taken to CA to wander back and forth between Richmond and SF. My latest info says I might have my package on May 3. I’m not holding my breath.

Shopping the site was clear and easy. Received my order quickly. It shipped out within one day! I have waited up to 5 days just to get a notice that my order had a label put on it from other places. Brightlife was great about communicating the status of my order with me. A little disappointed that my package seemed smashed and inside the box was torn? But the item I ordered was fine. I know sometimes the shipping process takes a beating and it’s not all the fault of the sender.

I had a difficult time figuring out how to log in and also to use my rewards. Apparently I have signed in before through "Shop" app of which I don't understand and feel like it takes over control of my check out. Other than that, I had a positive experience. I'm not happy about having to give my phone number for texts tho' to get a discount. I think email should be enough. I just delete stuff without opening until I'm ready to shop anyway, so it's a wasted electronic message for the vendor.

I started wearing compression stockings in 2017. Once I realized this was going to be a lifetime necessity, I began researching for quality stocking suppliers. I found several "discount priced" vendors and researched their approval ratings both for product quality and customer support. I placed a test order with Brightlife Direct and have not ordered compression stocking from any other source since. My initial orders were for "thigh high", closed toe, and 20/30 compression stockings. They fit well and wore well. Recently I have been ordering "knee high" style stockings and they perform well. They have a wide selection of styles, colors, and sizes. I don't see myself changing my source of good quality and reasonably priced stockings.
