Still high prices but Brightlife has good customer service. Received my order on Monday and to my surprise the new Jobst wraps had increase the size of the velcro strips This was a suggestion I had asked to help those with arthtist or just need additional help. The velcros actually now grip the wrap so much better and stronger in holding everything in place. Thank you customer service for helping out us and making the product so much better.

I have always worn your Sigvaris 20-30 mmHg and I have been very pleased, but my physician wanted me to increase my compression. The on-line reviews for the Sigvaris 30-40mmHg stockings were not favorable, so I thought I would try "natural" in the Mediven Comfort Thigh High 30-40 mmHg. The natural color (which is the lightest shade offered) is a ugly deep tan color. Not for light skin tones! Very disappointed in the color. I live in the southwest and I wear sandals and light colored clothing all year long, so wearing such dark toned stockings is very noticeable. I have only worn them a couple of times, but they do appear to be of good quality. I just wish they would make them in lighter tone. I have ordered numerous times from Brightlife and it always takes about 7 business days to get your product my mail. In addition, every time I receive my order the original boxes my stockings are shipped in look like they have been through the ringer. Both ends of the boxes are open and torn and the middle of each box is smashed.

This is the second time I've been unable to apply my rewards to my order. I had to call customer service to get them applied. The customer service rep was very helpful and I appreciated his help. I love these Therafirm XXL Short compression socks, but I have noticed that my last order doesn't seem to be lasting very long. I've had several holes in the heels and the toes. I will darn the holes in the toes, but the heels I can't do anything about and just have to throw them away. I've ordered them again and I'm going to try one more time because I really like the socks. They are the only compression socks I've found that I can wear with my thick calves.

I contacted Bright Life, sending photos, showing that I had received a different size than I ordered because the one shown online and the one on the box were different. They immediately sent me the size I ordered and encouraged me to try on the one that was a bigger size since it might also be OK for me to wear. I had planned on passing it on to my daughter, but I tried it on and it fit fine. The replacement one was a little short, but both are now resting happily in my socks drawer. Thank you!

Your website used to be so easy to use. I used to be able to click on my order history and see the description of the items I ordered. I could click on reorder and there the item was in the cart. After losing a significant amount of weight, I needed new compression stockings. Yes, I could have gone to a local full-service store, but it's an hour away, and I always found excuses to delay the trip. I'd ordered from Brightlife before successfully, so I decided to take a risk and simply measure myself using their instructions. The stockings fit perfectly! They had the specific brand and model I wanted, and they arrived within five days. Yes, you might be able to find your product elsewhere online for a few dollars less. But you won't get the variety of features and sizes that Brightlife offers. And if you've ever worn a compression garment that didn't quite fit, you know how disastrous it can be. There are all kinds of areas where economizing is smart; compression garments are not one of them! Most people over 50 and most pregnant women can benefit from compression stockings. Ask your doctor, physical therapist, or health care professional for a recommendation. You'll notice the difference immediately, and you'll be reducing the risk of cellulitis and other problems.
