    I was not sure how to order an additional two pair of diabetic socks since I could not find my earlier ordering information, so I made a guess and received a different brand that I did not like as well as the original two pair that I had ordered. I complained to brightlifedirect that I was unable to be certain of the order numbers when using their online catalog on that second order. They immediately offered a return/trade for my original type of socks by mail so that I would get the socks that I had gotten on my first order. Having washed and used one of the two pair of new socks, I didn't feel right about the return/trade. So, I passed the whole incident off as a learning lesson to call or email to make certain of my future order numbers or SKU before I place the order with a company. brighlifedirect support staff (Charmaine) was very helpful and generous throughout the entire process. She provided the proper SKU for future orders when I did not want to do their generous return/exchange and was very considerate throughout the process. It was nice doing business with them.

    Unfortunately I needed to exchange my support hose for a smaller size, BrightLife made it so easy. The day I called in to make the exchange, a free shipping label was emailed to me. The day I dropped it off the original order at USPS, I got another email telling me that were processing my return. Thank you!
