    I still haven't received my order! The famous customer service lost its way and missing in action. I was asked to give them more time than the usual 8-10 days. It's now day 14 and counting. Tracking didn't help either. Evidently some delivery person is enjoying new support hose!

Manufacturer's boxed item arrives crushed in envelope. Although this does not damage stocking, would be concerned if return was required, cannot be returned with package in original condition due to item packaging being damaged by original shipping.

    I have ordered from this company for years. This time while ordering the exact same support hose I normally wear, the stockings came to me on the small side. after a couple of hrs the tops roll down and cut off circulation in my legs. I cannot afford to buy more so I have to wear these. That is just not right. Why would these be smaller when they are the same size I normally get ? I guess I need to look for a new company for the next purchase if my legs can hold on awhile in these.

    they did reach out.. but never sent a replacement. I have to wear these til the new ones come because I have no others.. I tossed my old ones when these arrived. I understand you want these back first but I cant do it. so I guess Im stuck.
