  I still haven't received my order! The famous customer service lost its way and missing in action. I was asked to give them more time than the usual 8-10 days. It's now day 14 and counting. Tracking didn't help either. Evidently some delivery person is enjoying new support hose!

  Excellent customer service. Quick to fill orders and accommodate changes. Only suggestion is to send single item orders in protective shipping box and not plastic envelope. Manufacturer's boxed item arrives crushed in envelope. Although this does not damage stocking, would be concerned if return was required, cannot be returned with package in original condition due to item packaging being damaged by original shipping.

  Customer service is always excellent. I do not use the website. I prefer talking to a person. There are many of us who find navigating a website on a computer or conversing with a computer is frustrating as it takes so many clicks on the computer to finally discover my issue isn’t resolved by the automatic choices programmed automatically. It takes just a few minutes to discuss and resolve an issue with a live person.

  I have ordered from this company for years. This time while ordering the exact same support hose I normally wear, the stockings came to me on the small side. after a couple of hrs the tops roll down and cut off circulation in my legs. I cannot afford to buy more so I have to wear these. That is just not right. Why would these be smaller when they are the same size I normally get ? I guess I need to look for a new company for the next purchase if my legs can hold on awhile in these.

  This donner is so easy to use that it makes my husband totally independent! It takes a bit of time to learn how to re wrap after using, but well worth the time to learn. It is strong and made of rip stop nylon, but I'm buying three more to give to friends who have tried to use other donners. and given up.

  I was nervous to order online , because of fear of ordering the wrong merchandise. I called and it went to voicemail because I was calling before they were open. An associate called me three minutes after they opened. Within five minutes I ordered paid and the return procedure was explained, 30 DAYS,. This is my second order.   I love them! They feel like they are really supporting and compressing my legs. I felt like I had spines in my legs. I ordered capris and I’m nearly 5’5” and they are close to my ankles which is fine. I’m ordering another pair right now.
