The customer rep I got was excellent. I should not have had to call him. He saw I had a $15 credit and credited it-very nice!. But I didn't see that anywhere. Should be more visible. The reason that I had to call to order was that I lost my password and the password reset would not come to my email. My account got blocked. I couldn't see prior purchases. I believed all is fixed now. I do appreciate the range of products.

This knee high with a wide band has worked well for me. I have a lot of water retention and the wider band helps reduce the swelling. Also, I have an ulcerated left heel that causes difficulty putting on and taking off the sock. This problem continues to be challenging.

These are much smoother than most compression hose. The do not create weird bulges around the top of the thigh. If you're stuck with compression hose after surgery or for other reasons, these are least visible as an undergarment. They are also the most comfortable I've tried.

I ordered the wrong size, was told by a member of my care team to order one size larger then needed, which turned out to not always be true. I called and was told to return them even if they had been used, return items are donated to the VA. The agent told me there would be a return label emailed, no cost for returning. This has been the best experience. I plan on ordering more.

Products are outstanding and costs are competitive. But for two different orders, products were delivered between 2-3 days later than jprojected (and the three produts involved were transported with three different carriers (USP, FEDEF and DHL). We're still talking of deliveries within a week. If you're not in an urent hurry - I still recommend using Brightlife Direct.

Great staff, find what you need and excellent communication on shipping, etc. However have SUGGESTION: if you can put the Manufacturer number on some of the hosiery it would help a lot. SADLY, Sigvaris knee highs that say "20-30mm compression" are NOT the same compression between the 442x, 842x, and 553X knee high, even though boxes say it's the same compression.

Having placed an order for badly needed knee highs for 2-week road trip, they were sent back for incomplete address. After calling and speaking to a customers service representative I managed to get them redelivered to a relative whom I was visiting and supposedly they would be sent FedEx 2 day delivery. Not so - instead they shipped the order USPS ground with expected delivery in 1-5 business days! I couldn’t believe it! After all the effort the Service Rep made to get them to me ASAP their shipping department just ignored the instructions and did their normal routine. So once again I to had to arrange to have them delivered AGAIN to my residence and hope they arrived before I got home from my trip. In the past I’ve never had such terrible service from BrightLife but this has been the worst experience and when I asked for them to issue a full or 50% credit back they only offered to do 10% of one pair. I said I deserve more than that and they only gave me 20%. Big whoop! From now on I’ll order directly from the manufacturer if possible.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I ordered on May 23. On June 12 I still had not received a shipping confirmation even though the website states that orders are usually shipped with in 24 hours and I checked and my credit was charges on May 24. I contacted customer service rep Ray and he simply said there was a mix up on their end and that he placed a new order.WOW no effort to appoligize or offer a discout of any kind. Three weeks in and I am exactly where I started. It is ridiculous that I have to be responsible for letting a company know they have not filled an order. If I had not followed up I suppose they never were going to provide the purchased product
