The product was exactly what I needed and was good quality. The shipping time really wasn't awful considering it was coming from the US to Canada. I think it took approximately 3 weeks to get here. I can't say much in terms of the tools they give for sizing because I already knew what size was needed. The sizing was accurate. The only issue I really had was that there is no personal profile to log into in the website. So when I was trying to look for the tracking info, I had to go looking through all of the emails sent from Brightlife to find it. Would be easier to look up if they had a profile on their website that they updated with tracking info. They also have a points system that I'm not sure how that functions without having a profile to see how many points you've earned.

I spent $400 on compression stockings that are way under compression. I ordered my usual 30-40 mmhg but these are very easy to put on and even loose. I got the correct sizes but this is still an issue. A lot of money wasted. I wouldn’t repurchase again. Very upset.

I ordered 3 pr of Juzo stockings on B2G1 promotion. I ordered the same size as I have for years, Short,I. The new stockings were much smaller both in length and width. I returned them for another style. They were too small also. I returned them for a refund. Easy to return. Just take package with return label to a post office. Refund in just a few days.

Brightlight was ver yeasy to use and spot on for sizing, even if the sleeve did look short out of the wrapping. Turns out, it stretches into the exact length I need and feels wonderful as it does so. It was worth spending more on Juzo's silky soft fabric and cooler feel, especially in 100-degree weather. And the design is absolutely gorgeous. I always preferred not to draw attention, but even the plain sleeves bring questions, so I might as well have fun wearing what used to feel like a burden.
