  The product was exactly what I needed and was good quality. The shipping time really wasn't awful considering it was coming from the US to Canada. I think it took approximately 3 weeks to get here. I can't say much in terms of the tools they give for sizing because I already knew what size was needed. The sizing was accurate. The only issue I really had was that there is no personal profile to log into in the website. So when I was trying to look for the tracking info, I had to go looking through all of the emails sent from Brightlife to find it. Would be easier to look up if they had a profile on their website that they updated with tracking info. They also have a points system that I'm not sure how that functions without having a profile to see how many points you've earned.

  I spent $400 on compression stockings that are way under compression. I ordered my usual 30-40 mmhg but these are very easy to put on and even loose. I got the correct sizes but this is still an issue. A lot of money wasted. I wouldn’t repurchase again. Very upset.

It sounds like something went wrong with the compression level and even with the right size, you should be getting the proper support. Please note that for international orders, you may return the order to us and provide us with the tracking information for documentation.   When I searched your site for products made by Jobst, there were numerous selections but not the ones I ultimately ordered. If I hadn't saved an old box from the manufacturer which contained a product code, I would not have been able to find it on your site. It was quite disappointing.

  I ordered 3 pr of Juzo stockings on B2G1 promotion. I ordered the same size as I have for years, Short,I. The new stockings were much smaller both in length and width. I returned them for another style. They were too small also. I returned them for a refund. Easy to return. Just take package with return label to a post office. Refund in just a few days.

  This is my 3rd time ordering from BrightLife Direct. And once again, they did NOT disappoint! I received my order on time, as promised, with no damage. I did order the wrong size. They let me return it & sent me the correct size I needed, no problem. They even paid for the return postage. I also saved 15% on my order by signing up for their texts. So their price was lower than Amazon's! I am very happy with my purchase.

  Excellent compression garment! I gave up trying to speak with a customer service rep because the wait was so long. So, I discovered that the way to reorder multiple units was by going to the cart. There is no option for this on the order page. So, problem solved!

  Brightlight was ver yeasy to use and spot on for sizing, even if the sleeve did look short out of the wrapping. Turns out, it stretches into the exact length I need and feels wonderful as it does so. It was worth spending more on Juzo's silky soft fabric and cooler feel, especially in 100-degree weather. And the design is absolutely gorgeous. I always preferred not to draw attention, but even the plain sleeves bring questions, so I might as well have fun wearing what used to feel like a burden.
