I used to buy the #113 socks and although these do not have the same feel, they are still comfortable and provide the same type of support I wanted from them. Putting them on and taking them off is a bit more comfortable due to the cotton. Just like a previous reviewer had said, pay attention to the sizing chart. I am 6'3", with a US size 14 shoe size and have calves between 44-45 cm, dimensions that are well within the Extra Large size. However, because my ankles are smaller, the socks I got were enormous compared to what I was expecting. I exchanged them for the Large and they now fit just fine. I've been wearing them for roughly 2 weeks as of writing this and I have not seen any worn out places that others may have seen up to this point.

I have ordered Medi Day Gel many times but when I search for it on your website I always get the same answer “No Match”. I have tried spelling out Mediven (although that’s not what is says on the label) and get same answer. Also even though I log in and pay with credit card every time, when I start searching a get a pop up screen for Shop something that takes several attempts to get rid of before I can place my order. The ordering process was quite good, although the product descriptions and the computer manipulation of the “cart” was not intuitive. But my biggest complaint would have to be the order fulfillment process. The tracking information was essentially useless, which is typical for anything shipped by USPS. In my experience, USPS only works ok if the shipper is Amazon. All other (small company) shippers play second fiddle to Amazon. My postman tells me that Amazon packages get first priority and everyone else waits! The tracking info never is accurate and only tells you that the package has been delivered! Strongly recommend using alternate shipping.

But first I want to know which medical insurance networks that Bright Life Direct is in. As these compression socks wear out and lose their effectiveness, I'll need to be ordering replacements and this product is rather pricy. I love Mediven's Sheer and Soft Knee Highs, but was confused with the color choices displayed online. Natural seemed like the lightest color with wheat being darker. So I ordered the wrong color and had to return them. The exchange was easy and didn't cost me anything.

Have been a customer for years for my lymphedema wraps, L&R is my best choice and now has been greatly improved because they have added much larger Velcro closures! Doubling the size of the Velcro has made a great difference. And will save me reordering so often just because I need Velcro that holds the wraps on tight! GREAT!!!!! Only dislike is the shipping that is "passed offed" to USPS! who shoves these all crumbled up in a small rural mailbox and do not deliver to my home!

They are good support hose & staff is helpful. There was a back order issue, however that was annoying. I ordered 3 pair of support hose. One pair arrived June 25 and an email said "your order has arrived". I replied "Where are the other two pairs?" They answered. "We looked it up. Because of a back order issue there were two shipments. The second shipment with the rest of the order should arrive June 29. It did arrive today July 3. That the us post office's fault, not theirs and I asked for post office mail since it is cheaper. What annoyed me was the first email that said your shipment has arrived without mentioning that the other two pair were on the way. Had that happened I would not have had to contact them to find out what happened to my other two pair.
