I found it is best for me to order men's knee highs because the feet are larger. My feet aren't particularly large, but I have toe problems and these Ease knee highs with the "balloon toes" are the most comfortable knee highs I own. Previously had friendly, helpful advice on sizing when ordering 2 compression calf wraps. When my order arrived in 2 identical boxes I discovered that the product in-side one of the boxes was an incorrect size??? Called customer service who apologized and immediately ordered a replacement, and emailed me a return shipping label for returning the incorrect item. Again excellent service! Had I not had this little inconvenience my rating of the Company would be 5 Stars!

I had to change the shipping address on an order I placed over the weekend, so I sent an email at 2:15pm on a Sunday. Chinie, from Customer Service, got back to me within an hour. but had to wait until Monday to contact Juzo, as it was a drop ship. She followed, up first thing Monday and got the address changed, before they could ship it. Outstanding responsiveness and follow-up!

The web-site could use some tweeking to make adding items easier. The only other problem I have with Brightlife is that they are still not makng out the claim forms so Medicare pays for the compression garments. Otherwise they are darn near perfect.

i use only the Alegro brand, not interested in any other. I find whenever i go on site I am shown other more expensive brands and have to fighe to find Alegro. Soww Brands link and allow customers to choose, then show products list so we can choose. If I spell incorrectly I cant find it, am almost 76 years old, so make it easy for us seniors.
