  I have been a customer for about 25 years and have always been pleased with their service. I questioned if Medi is still made in the US for the last year they have not been fitting my ankles like they use to so I tried a couple other nylon brands. Well even tho my measurements tell me I was still in the same size , tried a size 4 and problem fixed!

  I wanted a slack stocking that would be smooth and easy to get slacks over. Very nice, plus I’m short and the stockings fit perfectly coming only to my knees, not over. The support is nice also. Legs feel refreshed…

  I really like DUOMED for three main reasons.. I wear the knee high open toe. First of all the fabric is superior to other brands I've tried - silky and smooth. Second, the fabric lies flat at the ankle/ foot bend, and doesn't wrinkle and bunch up so they look smooth and more natural. Third, I like the open toe. I've found foot lengths short and restrictive, resulting in big toe nails wearing holes in closed toe styles - and the mending just further compromises fit. These open toe styles work well with sandals, as well as wearing in enclosed shoes. Prices are competitive..

  BrightLife Direct handles many lines. I use Juzo. I recently ordered two pair of knee highs. One arrived, but the second was not in the package. I contacted BrightLife Direct and they got back to me very quickly, explaining why the second pair had not been mailed and assuring me that it would soon be shipped. They gave me an approximate date for arrival and I received the second pair before the specified date. They did all they could to ensure my satisfaction.

  It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my stuff yet. When I check the tracking I found it was delivered to a US Post hub but then it stopped moving. I'm still waiting for my compression socks. I bought stuff from BrightLife a long time ago and I didn't have any problems then, but I'm thinking maybe the international carrier they're using is having problems.

  I have been a customer for 20 years. My usual purchase is for Allegro 200/201 stockings. This last order was made for 3 pairs. Apparently, the stockings were "on sale" at "buy 3 get 1 pair free", but I was not aware of it. It would have been nice if the company had prompted me to order 4 instead of 3 to receive the free pair during the ordering process, rather than letting me miss out on the promotion.

  BrightLife service is outstanding. The employees are professional, diligent, patient and polite. I order Sigvaris sheer medical stockings because Sigvaris sheer products offer support with comfort. Sigvaris sheer stockings do not appear to be medical stockings.

  I bought knee high compression nylons and the last bunch are not staying up and falling down so I have to pull them up all day! Very annoying! I never had trouble before and I have been buying them for years. Maybe the quality has changed!

  Well, I am really sorry with this response. You say it is possible that here may have been a change in the product and at my cost I have knee highs that do not stay up. I think I should be sent the last order which was in January to compensate me. I know you only give 90 days on them but they are not good. That is not my fault that they do no stay up. I am very disappointed in your response! I have been a loyal customers for years! Thank you!
