    Brightlifedirect.com goes the extra mile to search out and research that which even a seasoned compression garment warrior can find daunting, especially when different limbs call for different brands and needs change over time and combining colors successfully. It is an in-depth project and their patience astounds me. I think there could be a better way to get the color selection across. That part is not clear, especially comparing between brands.

    Ok wrap. Do not like the way it is made without permanent Velcro on ends. Different to put on ad extremely hard to wash because of Velcro having to be removed..

    I was hijacked from an attempted log on for Amazon. And placed on Brightlife page. I did order from Brightlife but I find that their tracking information are both deceptive (dishonest? and incorrect. Promised delivery came and went and not bandages which were ordered because of an ongoing medical need.Last time I will order from this vendor.

    I I wanted to order 8 boxes of the product, but I received 8 rolls of the product, 4 to a boxed. Each box contained 4 rolls, so I received 8 rolls (2 boxes), NOT the 8 BOXES I thought I had ordered. I ordered additional product from another vendor.

    This is a great company with a wide variety of products that will suit every need for the correct size, color, compression strength, etc. of hose and socks. It Stays is a great product also for feeling that bit of added security for your hose staying in place. Shipping is fast, and if you have any questions you can always call the number on their website to talk to an actual person that is knowledgeable and helpful. They have great customer service.

    I’ve received my mediven order and the socks are very comfortable and help with swelling I get from CVI. I appreciate the size options especially that I can order petite.     I have been a customer for many years. All aspects of Brightlife have continually improved! Customer phone service is top notch. Returns are so efficient and user friendly. Sheer attractive was a new product for me, unfortunately it didn't work out. The large size seemed to be made for a giraffe. As my thighs are wider as they go up , the stocking did not stretch to accommodate my leg.....they were extremely long. They were an excellent price, but not for my normal length leg. Thankfully, the return was so easy. On another order the color charts...one by size choice, one by the visual view didn't match each other or the product that was sent. This problem caused confusion and waste of my time and your great customer service representative! I still remain faithful to Brightlife!!!

    The packages of the stockings were completely damaged. It would have been nice to put the packages in a box instead of a plastic envelope so that the package which contains the stockings won't get damaged. This was supposed to be a gift to a friend of mine but with the packges being damaged I changed my mind.

    As it turns out, I ordered the incorrect item. I discovered this when I got my order confirmation email. On the web site, they touted the return process and how easy it was; so I decided to wait for the item to arrive and then I would return, or even better exchange the item. I opened a return and found that it was, in fact, easy to do. However, when I tried to initiate an exchange, I found that I could not exchange for the item I initially wanted. The problem was this: I initially ordered a pair of compression stockings with the pressure of 20-30 mmHg when I should have ordered stockings with pressure of 30-40 mmHg. So I was allowed to exchange for any number of varieties of 20-30 mmHg stockings, but I could not exchange for a similar pair of 30-40 mmHg stockings. So I made it a straight return which was quick and easy - I opted for a store credit (rather than a money back transaction). And I will now go and order the correct item and pay for it with the store credit/gift card that I received. While the return process really lived up to the hype, I would have rated 5 stars it I had been able to exchange for the item I really wanted, realizing, of course, that the original mistake was mine and not BrightLife's So hats off to Customer Service.

    The Customer Service Representative was extremely helpful. He checked to see if the item was in stock and had it shipped out the same day. He also informed me that I could have it sent by FedEx with 2 day shipping. He was very knowledgeable.

    I have been a customer for several yrs. Each year the service, product line, quality & helpfulness of phone personnel gets better. This time your rep Chinie was exceptional in so many ways!! Even when things go wrong, like sizing or actual color, you so easily exchange them. Brightlife is an amazing company. It's not easy to wear compression hose all the time, But it makes all the difference in energy. Juzo soft Thigh hi is a wonderful product!

    I am happy with BrightLifes site. It is easy to navigate and use. I like that I can accumulate points for future purchases. My last purchase I can't quite fit into yet, I have lymphedema in my right arm. But once my arm is down I am sure it will work for me. The only criticism I have is that it takes a little longer for their products to arrive than I would like. Other wise everything is alright.
