I ordered the L&R Tribute Wraps for both of my legs from BrightLife Direct. I received one Wrap in the “old style” for one leg in the correct size…and then the other Wrap finally came from a different place in the “new style” but in the wrong size for my other leg! I needed to send an email to BrightLife explaining the error and enclosed pictures and even though it was the weekend, I did receive a response! Ray at BrightLife deserves 5-Stars…he is Prompt, Courteous and Understanding…he did email a Return Form but I did not realize that I needed to send back the incorrect item before another item would be sent to me.. eventually it was straightened out and another Wrap was finally delivered.. this time it came from the manufacturer but again it was NOT the correct size! I sent another email to Ray with pictures attached! Another Return Form was sent by email to me and I sent the “incorrect” Wrap back to the Manufacturer. Finally I received another Wrap and this time it was the CORRECT SIZE…but it is also in the “New Style” and unfortunately it does NOT match the “Old Style” of the first Wrap that I received. In an explanation between the terms “Old Style” and “New Style”…it pertains to the Velcro Straps that fasten the Wrap. In my Wraps that I am replacing, it is these straps that are worn out and the Velcro has lost its ability to grip & hold. Seeing how the straps in the “New Style” are now reinforced…it will hopefully prolong the life of the Wrap and be a positive improvement! It’s this improvement that I would prefer having in both of my new Wraps! (

I have ordered 4 pairs of stockings from the company and their shipping doesn't tell you how long it will take to get your package where it is in transit and usually takes more than a week. All 4 pairs of the stockings we're smelling strong of synthetic toxins and chemicals and were likely pesticide. The first pair of sheer thigh high stockings ripped at the top within 10 minutes of wearing. The second pair smelled of toxic pesticide and had holes within the first day. I ask for replacement pairs and the third and fourth pair arrived used and stretched out and smelling of coconut perfume from the prior customer wearing them. All 4 pairs of the same product were cut at different lengths and some of the open toe stockings were cut so long that they covered most of my toes. Some were so short that they only covered a portion of the arch. I had to wash the fourth pair 4 times with strong laundry detergent and vinegar to remove the pesticide and the black stockings dye ran for 4 washings. The fourth pair were cut too large on the leg and thigh and too long so they keep scooching down and binding around the knees and the thighs cutting into my flesh since they are made of strong nylon. I measured myself and am thin and tall so I ordered the medium which should have fit. I've had to complain to the company and I asked them to send me some new pairs as a courtesy but they never got back to me telling me that they would have to speak with their supervisor. So I'm having to return all 4 pairs of the stockings that I ordered because none of them work. I suppose I will try some more from Amazon.

I have ordered from Britelife in the past and my most recent purchase did not disappoint! Their website is easy to use, I found the exact type, size, tightness I was looking for. I ordered Allegro Essential Sheer Support Knee High 20-30 mmHg #18. Even though I do not have a wide calf and I am 5'4, I found the XL size was a better fit than the L I normally would have ordered. The XL were a little longer, which is what I needed. I will continue to order these stockings when needed and I have already referred a couple of friends to the site to check out.

The products are great! I got the Allegro socks. They are comfortable albeit a little scratchy. I had a great customer service experience. I wasn’t sure which size to get because my shoe size varies between 10-11. I ordered large socks but they were too big. The customer service representative was super helpful when I called for an exchange. He told me exactly where to measure my ankle and we realized I was a medium. The return shipping was free and the new socks came quickly! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Everything is excellent, the site, delivery, customer service, but the item did not fit comfortable, even if they exchange the size for me, the upper part of the stocking was too tight compared to the compression expected for the rest of it, I mean I didn't feel enough compression on the legs but extremely too much compression on the top end.

Measured as directed, compression is good for my needs. I wear them from the moment I wake up until bedtime. I am careful to align the heel of the stickings to me own heel…sometimes the stockings want to crease at the ankle causing a puffiness in that area so I am careful to adjust the heel. This company is exemplary at customer service. I mistakenly purchased the wrong size product and they agreed to exchange the product not once but twice with no additional shipping cost. When I returned the original Large, the customer service rep recommended a small according to the size chart. When I received them I felt like they were too small so again they exchanged the product for a medium. Since I am very short I needed a size petite and they fit very comfortably with no pinching around the band at the thigh like some others do. Also, the color is more natural. I highly recommend BrightLife.
