  My nieces mailing address was on my account and order was tine sent to her although I never gave this info to you or sent anything from you to her. I sent you a message telling you to correct this and you did. However you never respondedto my email so I didn’t know if you had received it. Your web site is cumbersome and I don’t think I will order again.

  I accidentally put in the wrong address to have my item sent to and the customer service agent immediately contacted the warehouse, and was able to correct the address. They called me back to let me know that it had been corrected. I can't think of the last time I had such a responsive customer service experience. Thank you!

  Juzol stockings are soft and comfortable. They hold up well after washing and drying in a mesh bag. Silicone band works to hold stockings in place and I don't even notice it when I wear them.

  This company understands the importance of lymphedema care. I have ordered my compression gauntlets twice from another company due to needing overnight shipping. Both times I received the wrong size and wondered if they are selling the manufacturers mismatched inventory. BrightLife Direct follows up in the rare time there is a delay.   Order was messed up. One item was ordered correctly, but something different was shipped. For two other items the order was not what I wanted because of the convoluted software. Also, there was no preview of the order before it was shipped, not good because mistakes would have been detected.

  I purchased two pairs of Juzo Support Stockings 20/30. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase. Of course, time will tell, but I also reordered 4 more pairs with 2 free ones, due to BrightLife's special sale. The company is great to work with, the delivery is a bit slow, but I am happy about finally, after 48 years of paying outrages prices for these much needed stockings, which only last 4-5 months, I have found BrightLife with some savings that are much appreciated!!!!!

  These are the best compression knee highs. The silicone band makes all the difference in the world for staying up. Be sure to measure your calf it’s super important. Because I have to wear open toe the stocking kind of rides up a bit. The footbed could be a bit snugger. But overall I highly recommend

  I have found a product that I like very much and have repeatedly purchased it from BrightLife Direct. They always have it in stock and over the years the quality has stayed excellent. I don’t live in a major metropolitan area so shopping in person for something like compression stockings is not an option.   I just started using these farrow wraps as recommended by my therapist. It is still too early to tell if they will work for me. So far they are okay. They do have more straps than the reduction kit I was previously using and takes a little getting used to. Here is crossing my fingers this will help in the long run.

  I like my Allegro Essential Sheer Support Knee High very much. However, there are continual inconsistencies. Some of the stockings are shorter than others and some stockings do not have identifiable heals knit into them. Just a quality control thing.
