Ordered Jobst Relief waist-high 20-30mm. I've always been willing to pay for Jobst, because they fit well and so their job. This recent order, right out of the box when I stretched the waistband to put them on, it made that crackling sound like an old pair of socks giving out. I shouldn't have to pay top dollar and feel like the elasticity of a compression garment is already compromised. Very disappointing.

Best compression socks on the market. A least best for me. I have tried almost all of their brands. I get 20-30’s and I have a couple of 30-40’s when I take a long plane ride. I buy primarily Sigvaris. They have great colors and cushioned soles. In the winter they have merino wool socks. Sometimes I wear the merino wool socks in the summer because merino wool wicks sweat the best. I also like the Sigvaris motion socks. Jobst has a ver good cushioned Sport sock. I prefer to call the 800 number to make my order. They have a record of all my purchases over the years just in case I forget my size for each brand. They are expensive but I wear compression socks every day so my cost $0.10 - $0.20/ day and even better they improve my circulation and am much less tired when standing or going for my daily long walks. Also after many washings, they do not lose compression.

Efficient processing and delivery. Find the initial identification of product a bit tedious. After each entry of a descriptor i.e. size, length, etc the screen goes blank for a quick second and then put me to top of the chart requiring me to scroll down to the next required entry. About six or seven times become a bit of an annoyance. Since I typically order about every 4 months or so, I will put up with it as can't beat the price.
