  I am very disappointed on your compression socks. I ordered several weeks ago and called today to see why I not get what I ordered. I wanted tye-dye compression socks and now they say you don't do that anymore. why.

  If I can give them 10 out of 10 I’ll do 👏🏻Nothing to say about their variety products/ company / customer services representatives especially Helmut , a big thanks to everyone working at brightlife direct 😘 they’re doing their outstanding support just to make sure you’re satisfied and happy, I’m so grateful with what I’m getting from them every time even when I’ve chosen the wrong size they’re assisting me to get the right one . Medi compression socks is my favorite brand 😍 since 6 years ago, highly recommended to buy this product as they’re using a good materials but if you decided to get one to be ONLY through Brightlife Direct Co.

  Great customer service and exchange policy. Shipping a bit strange. Shipped DHL from Rochester Hills MI south on I-75 through Toledo passing within a few miles of my local post office on its way to DHL sorting facility in Stow Ohio south of Cleveland. Was in Stow for 2 days before being passed to USPS. USPS picked up package and took back to Toledo on its way north on I-75 to the USPS sort facility in Pontiac Mi about 10 miles west of Rochester Hills. The original starting point. The package was here for couple days then on its way south on I-75 for the second time to USPS receiving facility in Toledo. From here it went to my post office and finally got to me after 6 days. Total distance traveled about 500 miles. Rochester Hills to me about 65. I wasn’t in any hurry so doesn’t matter if this was the least expensive shipping. Seems extremely inefficient. Overall, pleased with Bright Life experience.

  You no longer carry Allegro ladies navy blue trouser socks. That’s the only item I am interested in buying. I returned the microfiber black socks unopened. They were not the compression I need . I hope I get refund. Also I had to pay $5.00 in postage. It should be free to send returns.

  Original order was back ordered... going to my OT @ Ochsner tomorrow morning. just got package from delivery mail from FEDX placed on my porch for 3 days. We were out of town on a cruise!! A neighbor picked it up and brought it over this morning !!
