They have a great selection of products. Many different brands. I use Juzo products. They hold up so well. I decided I needed to order new stockings but couldn’t remember when I last bought them. Shipment arrived 3 weeks after order in good condition. I was concerned that it took so long but I did receive a shipment verification email 5 days before arrival so that was Okay. However a 15% discount was offered if I supplied my email address and phone number. Which I did. But when I placed my order, it deducted only $20 as I had 400+ points from last year’s order. It did not allow me to apply the 15% off instead which would have amounted to $48.60. I contacted their Customer Service Team but was told only one discount code per order is allowed which I understand. But during the order process I wasn't allowed to apply the 15% discount as no discount code was given when I signed up with my email address and phone number till AFTER the order was placed. I was told I could use the 15% discount within a 3 month period which I won't use as the items I purchased will last much longer.

I usually order by phone. As usual, the phone wait was minimal, the service rep was knowledgable, and my order was quickly placed. A week or so later it was received as expected. The product is totally satisfactory, and I plan to continue to use BrightLife Direct.

Initially ordered the wrong compression socks but exchanging them was easy and we received new ones very quickly. My mom is very pleased with these Jobst toeless, thigh-high compression socks. They are easy for her to put on (she uses rubber gloves) and take off and they are not too tight. She's always worn Jobst and likes the brand. BrightLife was a good vendor and easy to work with.

They say the third times a charm. After emailing back and forth with customer service and ordering on 3 separate occasions with 2 returns I was able to obtain a pair of waist high pantyhose that fit perfect, look nice, and feel great. If your a guy that is taller and heavier than the average person and having trouble with fit, the Maternity style pantyhose might be a solution. Really appreciate Customer Servce help and the painless exchange policy. If it had not been for the easy exchange I would likely have stopped with the first return and looked elsewhere. Thank you

I did this time and it measures 29 inches which barely fits into small/long category. I received the SS size. If you feel the SL would not fall, I'd be willing to exchange the SL for SS. If not, I would like to return and get a refund. One of the stockings I received has not been opened. I appreciate your response and concern

I got knee high hose and they tore in the heel part of hose and caused a runner about 2 inches wide up to the top of hose. I have had several do this. Since I have to wear them every day would like them to last longer than one wear and wash.

I ordered compression leggings from Brightlife for the first time recently, and got my order exactly one week later. Shipping was fast, and products were well packaged. Unfortunately one of the leggings I got had a small hole on the back of the left leg and a thinned section of material on the outside of the left hip. The other pair was good, but a tiny bit too small. Yesterday, I put in for an exchange for both products. The process so far has been very simple and quick, and the replacements are already being processed. For someone who relies on these leggings to function, I appreciate they give you an option to get your new order sent out before they receive the faulty order. For how much these medical devices cost, it's great to be able to quickly replace faulty or missized things, and get back to living your life! I would (and will) order from them again.
